I really wishes this trip would have turned out differently. The staff and even manager of this establishment are one the most rude unprofessional people I had yet encountered. My husband and I (28 &29) have decided to stay here to visit my family as it has been 5 years since. Objectively speaking rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff is the worst part. Staff and manager kept insinuating that since we’re “young” we would trash or party in the room KNOWING upon checking that this was merely a family visit and I was mostly out of the hotel. They kicked out my little sister (19) at 1am as no more guest than the allowed people in room can stay in there, tule that was not explained nor it was written nowhere in website or booking sites. I have worked in hotels before being manager myself and I have never encountered such thing EXCEPT when it’s hazard which in this case it is not and I was explained by the manager that since they had issues with young people destroying and partying in rooms they have decided to remained that way but it was not explained nowhere. Staffed refused to speak to my husband in English (American) stating that they could not speak it even though reviews from other people say otherwise. Also, They decided to fine me about $50 dolars us, for towels that had some of my hair color in there. Again, not explained, just came from dinner and was told about the fine. No warning, no discussion , no communication whatsoever. Staff kept insinuating that we partied or disrespectfully intrude in my times coming back to the hotel (nightlife in Argentina is common and is not uncommon to come back at 1/2 am after dinner/bar. No one else has stayed in that room expect for me and my husband yet we kept being told that because we look “young” and we can potentially trashed the room, dismissing completely my original visit reason. I have found myself without water completely the past day and so with no answer from staff whatsoever. Staff response was as “we do not know when it’s coming back but showers sinks and toilets cannot be used”, no solution. See video attached. Staff, specially evening/night/graveyard plays music, talks personal matters and ignores guests. Graveyard specially loves bringing friends and such to party in front desk (see picture attached) ignoring people. The most disrespectful, unprofessional, unwelcoming hotel experience I have ever had. Will be checking out early for this ridiculous and horrible experience. They have made my way back come the most horrible one of all my trips. Truly sad.

My first time to Argentina and my first hotel here could not have been better. Super super clean, well stocked (working hair dryer, microwave, cold fridge, HOT water, great A/C, comfy bed, lots of shelves and closet space) and super safe. The door into the hotel is locked and appears to be manned all the time. Large closet, lots of shelves, drawers & cabinets, and all the outlets work. It seems to be a mostly housing community with lots of small shops at the street level. I had one of the lower priced rooms and it still had a balcony. It was fun watching all the street life... There are so many trees... many parks close by... and this area seems super dog friendly. I am staying here again at the end of my trip to Patagonia. The staff are very responsive, and their English is definitely WAY better than my Spanish, so it is easy to communicate. I am not a bar-goer, so staying in a big chain-type hotel is not my style. When the sliding door is shut the street noise is not very loud, and at night very quiet. But being in a city, it's exactly what I suspected. One can hear a little bit of noise in the hallway, but only when the staff are cleaning in the early afternoon -- no more so than hotels in which I've stayed in the USA, however. I have heard no partying or loud guests. Taking a cab to downtown Buenos Aires was easy, and it seemed pretty close by. There are so many restaurants, cafes and shopping for necessities within a stone's throw that I was very happy here. :)

My Australian wife and I booked into this hotel for 4 nights from 18 March 2020 but with the ban on foreign citizens entering Argentina commencing on the 15 March we emailed this hotel twice asking for a refund of our payment. Haven’t heard a thing from them. Great customer service folks you haven’t the decency to even send a reply let alone refund our payment.

Just got back from our trip to Argentina, which ended with a stay at Bulnes Eco Suites. I picked this hotel based on TripAdvisor reviews, and I have to say that all the positive reviews were 100% correct. The room itself was wonderful --- large enough that it really felt comfortable. The bed was comfortable; the storage was excellent; you could really see how it would be possible to unpack and stay for a week. The bathroom was perfect as well -- great counter space, roomy shower, even a hair dryer that worked. The breakfast at the cafe next door was also a treat. As a Bulnes Eco Suite guest, you had three choices of breakfasts, and given the additional scrambled eggs (free), we always left feeling quite full and ready for our day. The guys at the front desk were great as well. They were always welcoming and happy to answer questions. We arrived before check-in, and not only did they stash our luggage for us, but they actually had carried it up to our room for us by the time we returned. Given the walkability to all the Palermo and Recoleta sights, this is a great place to stay. If we're ever back in Buenos Aires again, we'll definitely be back at Bulnes Eco Suites.

Clean, in nice area of Palermo. Not too long a walk to museums and parks in Recoleta. Helpful staff. Appreciated their English skills because even in tourist-oriented areas of Buenos Aires this is often not the case. Reasonably priced. Recommend.

Clean, nice room layout, very comfortable. Staff was excellent! Friendly, helpful and with really good English which we appreciated. Would definitely stay there again! Highly recommend. Also appreciated the lounge on the 10th floor. I arrived before check-in and found it a pleasant place to sit for a while.

This is a great, reasonably-priced hotel in a great location. It's in a great neighborhood and a short walk to the Subte (Metro). Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are spotlessly clean, comfortable, and very big for Buenos Aires! Nice to have a small kitchenette in every room. If it falls short at all, it's the lack of even a small lobby so it gets crowded in the small entrance if you are waiting for someone while other guests are moving in or out. Breakfast is included but at the restaurant next door. Breakfast is pretty basic, standard Argentine fare—coffee, media luna or toast with fruit salad that's a mix of canned with an apple.

Had a great stay here while in BA. Very friendly and helpful staff who speak very good English. Immaculately clean rooms that are modern and well appointed, with heaps of space. It’s marginally far from the bars and restaurants in Soho (about 2kms) but closer to the mall and sights in Palermo so a fair trade off. Couldn’t fault it, would definitely recommend.
