Absolutely wonderful front desk staff. So helpful with sightseeing and transportation. Rooms are all different. Bathrooms well appointed and clean. Rooms could use fresh paint. Nice common area that is always available.
We stayed at this hotel at the start of our trip, and returned to it a month later. We enjoyed the good location, close to palermo center. The rooms are nice (note that there is not much difference betweet the comfort level and the high level of rooms. They're pretty much the same. The breakfast is ok, the team is helpful and pleasant. Good choice when staying in Palermo.
We stayed and C'Chic for 3 nights and felt very comfortable. We had complementary breakfast and were given helpful and friendly advise from the staff on the counter. Safe Location in Palermo and easy to walk to Soho Palermo and around that area to all the parks and shopping malls. Also easy to walk to the subte (metro) to get around. Also if you are looking for some great fried chicken and a beverage, go to NOLA bar which is a 10 minute walk from the hotel and they speak English if your Spanish isn't great. Loved Buenos Aires would go Back and stay here again. Thanks to the friendly staff for making our stay so enjoyable!
My fiancé and I were in Argentina for a week to visit family and to introduce me to his home town of Buenos Aires. This was his 2nd time staying there and his parents' 4th time. It in 100% centralized from every neighborhood. The city center is a quick subway trip away. The room was cleaned everyday. Messages were taken and delivered. It's locked at all time with video surveillance as you buzz in, so we felt super safe. Hot water, comfortable bed, and appliances available upon request. Breakfast is provided every morning with extended weekend hours.
Almost named after the disco bands stylish second album, hotel C'Chic is fit for the comparison. We stayed in two different rooms, the one room with a balcony and #12, both were fantastic, particularly for the cost. The breakfast is simple yet satisfying; tasty croissants, toast, yogurt, freshly squeezed OJ and, of course, typically sweet Dulce De Leche. The best thing about the hotel is the location, about a 10 minute walk from the nearby buzzy Palermo Soho. Don Julio is a game changer for carnivores, while watching a game at La Bombonera stadium is a great experience for football and non fan alike. On that note, the staff at C'Chic were incredibly helpful, finding us tickets for the game and generally offering font-like information and friendly embrace. C'Chic is a truly charming boutique hotel, we would definitely stay here again and recommend others try it while in the beguiling Buenos Aires. …
I liked the design of the hotel, which was very unique and tasteful. The location is very good and safe. Not far away from Palermo Soho an the subway station. The bathroom was very spacious and clean. The room is quite small... The check in is possible at any time, we arrived quite late and it was very helpful. Breakfast fresh and tasty. The receptionists speak English very well.
Stayed one night while dancing tango in the area. Pros: Very late check-in available. Nice design in the room. Great location. Offered to hold luggage for the day. Cons: Bathroom was terrible. Room was tiny and hot. Terrible, meager breakfast. Lobby felt cluttered. Outdoor atrium was not nearly as good as I expected. Not much help from hotel ownership.
Impressive hotel! Excellent, friendly staff made us feel very welcome. The bed was extremely comfortable, just what we needed after our long trip from home. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend this hotel.
Management and staff were very friendly and helpful. My carry-on luggage was stored for a month while I back-packed through Argentina. The breakfast was excellent. The kitchen staff were very accommodating.
Excellent friendly help staff, clean chic room, great shopping location, fun hotel architectural layout. I was impressed with this hotel!!! I stayed in Argentina for two week, and ended staying here longer than originally planned. For a relaxing stay, and to explore Palermo's fashion district, I would recommended the place. It seems the staff goes out of their way to make you feel comfortable.
