Stayed here 4 nights. Very well located, close to Florida st and central BA historical locations. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were nice and clean. Bathrooms well appointed but tight Going to stay there again in Feb. On return trip.
Fantastic 4 days at these Hotel, will came back for sure next time at Buenos Aires My wife and doughters will be there next month !!! The only thing they could improve is that hot water is not instantanly at the shower
We were moved here from a sister hotel due to technical problems, however, we were not disappointed. The hotel is well located with nicely proportioned rooms, good service & a fabulous breakfast offer. Due to the relocation we were also given a bottle of wine & chocolates which were a lovely gesture which we appreciated. Our only frustration was that the we hadn’t appreciated that the coffee pods in the room were chargeable (there was nothing to tell us this) & this came a bit of a shock at checkout as they were very expensive!
Nice boutique hotel. Quiet location. Check in was quick and efficient. Good breakfast spread. Only downside is small rooms and they gave us two single beds instead of a double. Good renovated bathrooms with all amenities.
Bed covers were dirty, lamp bulbs burned out, and top shower switch was not working. In addition to it no courtesy berakfast was included in price (standard feature in South American Hotels). Locatio is awesome, but the day after we moved to a 2-star hotel nearby (also very good location), which was cleaner, included courtesy breakfast for 1/5 th of the price. When you pay for a 4-star you expect a 4-star experience.
I liked the hotel a lot! There is really almost nothing negative to say about it. Hotel’s location is very nice. It is located right across from a little park in a pretty quiet and good looking area. There are some good restaurants, grocery shops and some other businesses right around the hotel property. Hotel’s staff was pretty nice and friendly. Checking-in around 1 p.m., I got my room right away with no problem. Moreover, they met my requests and gave me a room on a high floor with a nice city view, plus, it was a corner room (#401). The only one thing I did not like about the front desk workers was the unprofessional (as I believe) habit to renew my room key without having to show my ID. Basically I had to tell just my room number (some people did not even asked my name), and I got my room key renewed. By the way, the room keys demagnetized every single day and I had to replace them all the time was another issue with this hotel. They definitely need to fix this. It was annoying to go down to the front desk every single day and reactivate the keys. I chose a Superior Room for my stay. I paid for this $110 per night and found this reasonable. The room was big enough for 2 people. I liked its design, the room was decorated with a very modern attitude with a kind of Scandinavian style. My room had many big windows around (including a window in the bathroom) which allows a lot of daylight in the room. Also it was pretty quiet in the room, it was obviously well soundproofed. The bed and pillows were comfortable. I liked the plug situation around the bed as there were many plugs to charge gadgets. The bathroom was pretty large and also decorated nicely as the rest of the room. I really liked the big shower. Water pressure was perfect, by the way. The only issues I had with the bathroom were cheap and awful bathroom amenities and no toilet brush. By the way, same two problems with every single NH hotel! Wi-Fi was working very fast all the time. I would like to mention fast housekeeping. Everything that I asked to have brought to my room was delivered very fast every single time. I 100% recommend this hotel for a stay in Buenos Aires. It is remodeled and very “fresh” looking, and you will not regret staying there.…
This hotel it’s a real gem in terms of price-quality ratio! Super well located. We stayed about two weeks and had it as a pied a terre as we were traveling in and out of Buenos Aires and we stayed in junior suites which provided great space but we chose inside facing rooms to avoid street noise (Buenos Aires could be horribly loud) and we all slept very well and comfortably. Very clean rooms and amenities. The breakfast was very good. Super big stars to the reception people (especially Micaela and Horacio) who were extra helpful. I miss them already!! Looking forward to staying there again!! And I’m speaking for all four of us.
I first visited this hotel in 2018 and since then I returned 3 times. Excellent location, friendly staff, variety Buffett breakfast, all what you need in the room for a pleasant stay. Will come back for sure.
I stayed at this hotel for one night between flights. It is a nice hotel: the bed was comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful. There is a small shop nearby to buy water, and park area nearby which looked quite nice. I can't provide any feedback on the breakfast as I left very early for my next flight.
A friend and I stayed at this hotel before and after our Antarctica expedition. We were given a room on the 6th floor which was fairly basic, no tea making facilities, had to order cup of tea or coffee in the bar area. Only one chair, 1 glass and one small cake of soap in the room. The breakfast was reasonable once we discovered that we could get a hot meal. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Next morning we were departing early and the hotel arranged a very small breakfast for us consisting of cup of tea, orange juice and sweet croissants.
