Breakfast was lovely but the staff were not accomadating as we asked if we could get breakfast early one morning and were declined. The roof top area was nice to enjoy the sun and eat breakfast. The front desk staff were lovely and accomadating especially the poor guy we asked to remove the dead cockroach from our room! He was... More

We stayed here for a number of nights while spending a month in Argentina. Our room was small (however we did go for a 'no frills' option) but it was clean, tidy and warm. The breakfast is the usual fare and is taken in a nice bright room. The location is excellent, situated in Palermo SOHO and close to Palermo... More

The pictures only partially correspond to reality - and the price/quality ratio is poor. The room I was staying in was old, once white walls now dirty, seems like no one has taken care of the room for decades. The bed was the only nice spot in the room, of which they made a photo and put on their homepage.... More

I had a very nice stay in this hotel. Very nice location, good Hotel, good cost. I would be back again. They have free wifi and it works inside the Room. Breakfast is good but you need to call the waitress all the time for replacement. Very good breakfast though.

Five Cool Rooms is worth only by the location: core of Palermo Soho! But surely you can find better options. Lousy customer service and the rooms aren't the best cleaners in the world! The idea is very good, it seems that whoever masterminded took great care to detail but was lost with time...

It's located where everything is happening, so it's an excellent hub to hang out. The service is very friendly, and it's true that the rooms could be better decorated, but the beds are good and bathrooms look very nice. You can tell some nice design details (like the bottles of shampoo) here and there. It has a decent breakfast and... More

It's hard to review this hotel. The location is amazing and staff is super friendly. Your close to amazing shopping and restaurants. The common lounge area was perfect for hanging out and the breakfast was good. However I agree with all the previous reviews on the room situation. OUr room was super small and we didn't have much room for... More

We spent 4 nights in the Hotel. It is a great location and the general area has great amenities within minutes. The staff were helpful and spoke good English. However, the room was dirty, drab and needs to be redecorated. It gave a very poor first impression. Breakfast and the hot tub on the roof were reasonable. The wifi was... More

It might not look like the amazing shots on its website but that should dissapoint you. Situated in the hip area of Palermo Soho it doesnt get any better in terms of location. Go for the larger rooms as the basic very small and the price difference is negligable.

I spent 2 nights here and it's right in the centre of where you want to be staying. You couldn't be more in the thick of the action in Palermo Soho. The room's are fine, although I couldn't get the heating to the right level, and they feel very average in terms of 'that luxury feeling'. However, the price is... More

Staying in Palermo

Neighbourhood Profile
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
