The rooms are large for a city hotel and so comfortable. Big but cozy bed, lots of outlets, reliable climate control, good lighting. Great bathroom with separate whirlpool bath and shower stall. The staff are remarkably friendly, personable and so helpful. Big shout out to star porter José and dining room maitre d’hotel Fernando. The front desk staff doubles as concierge and in my experience they go out of their way to support and assist. If you are going to Buenos Aires I recommend this hotel very highly, and it’s only about a block and a half from Parilla Cero 5, a restaurant which is not to be missed.

The hotel is absolutely great. Located in centre of the city most of the attractions and good restaurants are working distance. Fantastic services from the front desk. All personal speak wry good English. The rooms are large and very clean. Highly recommend

Stayed a couple of nights as part of a package. Comfortable, clean and friendly. Staff’s English was very good and they were willing to please. Good food and nice bar but also close to cheaper eating options, there was a little grocer nearby for cheaper supplies like bottled water.

It is an incredible good hotel. The premises are outstanding, location is good and the staff is absolutely exceptional. Unfortunately the air conditioning in our room didn't work at all during our stay. The problem got reported straight away, first they told us to wait, then they tried to fix it, twice they said it was fixed but it wasn't and eventually they offered to move us to another room at midnight the day before departing. It is very difficult to pass judgement for a hotel that is so exceptional but that offered such catastrophic stay.

Our friends suggested this hotel and we were happy with the location. We had a junior suite which was spacious. We were in need of iron, ironing board, and ice along with outlet converter and they brought it quickly. Ivan at the bar was fantastic he made great drinks and excellent suggestions. We would stay her again. We walked to the floreria Atlantico speak easy and it was fantastic. We ate at the bar because there were no reservations available.

Excellent room, huge bath, nice amenities, small but comfortable hammam/sauna, professional and friendly staff, good location, very good breakfast and a pool on the last floor with breathtaking view. They can even open the glass roof! What else?

Definitely a 5 star location . Service is great . It’s very clean and quiet. We had lunch and it was amazing there. Concierge and front desk personnel are very helpful. It has a pool and gym on the roof top. Location could be better , it’s a 10-15 minute walk to a port .

One of the best hotels in which I have stayed. Excellent design, good location, very good staff. The guests were well behaved: There was no noise in the corridor during the night nor from the adjacent room.

Three nights B&B, happy with our choice, comfy and well serviced rooms, albeit some maintenance needed on some tap fittings and door handles. Helpful staff, good breakfast and nice ambience.
