Is a very nice apartment, with a huge bed, a great bathtub and great internal space. For the kitchen to be complete, I missed only a sandwich maker. The crew was very nice and we even had a nicely set crib settled for our baby. The heating, however, wasn't working well and we had some disconfort during the nights (nothing... More

The Apart Hotel San Diego is located at the best neighborhood of Buenos Aires (Recoleta), with many options of restaurants, coffees and shopping. The nearest subway station is Callao ("D" line), around five minutes walking. Hotel staff is very helpful, mainly Gabriela. The room was very spacious and clean. The bad point was the mattress, too soft. I recommend it!

The country or the hotel without electricity and elevator for 4 days. The staff nice. Great location, clean rooms. However, the manager place the electricity 4 days - part of saving energy. What horrible.

This small apartment hotel is situated near bus and metro stops, within walking distance of many restaurants, grocery stores, etc. With a small refrigerator, microwave and ample glasses and dishes should you want to reheat or heat items for a 'sit in' dining evening. The staff are fabulous and pleasant, bi and tri-lingual. A/C works great, small in room safe,... More

Well located and offers huge rooms with everything you'd need for a short self-contained stay. Staff were reasonably friendly and helpful but there was no compromising on the 10am check out despite being told it may be possible when I checked in. The place feels tired though and the rooms are getting dated and need a good lick of paint... More

The rooms are large and clean, staff is very helpful and the price reasonable. The neighborhood is full of good restaurants, shopping and its very safe. You even get breakfast at a nice cafe a block away. I would stay there again.

The room was large and very clean. It had a kitchenette with sink, fridge, kettle, microwave, cutlery, cooking dishes, plates, mugs and few other things for eating in. There was a table with two chairs, two small armchairs with a coffee table, and drawers, closet, A/C, ceiling fan, balcony, and side tables for the bed. There is a small safe... More

Staying in Recoleta

Neighbourhood Profile
Characterised by the French-style mansions which are the legacy of its aristocratic past, Recoleta is the true “Paris of the South.” Walking around this neighbourhood is an experience like no other in Buenos Aires: its streets are lined with elegant apartment buildings, exclusive boutiques, and former mansions turned into high-end hotels and embassies, which exude an alluring air of sophistication and class. You'll also find a rich cultural scene centred on the National Museum of Fine Arts, the National Library, and the Recoleta Cultural Center; as well as some great shopping spots, like the Buenos Aires Design Mall with an artists' fair set up in Plaza Francia every weekend.
