Many trips to Baires but first time at this hotel and it was a revelation. The rooms are large and well equipped with kitchens and large bathrooms. There is a full restaurant on site and a delightful pool for refreshing but the best feature is the outstanding staff. From checking with Raoul, to night men Marcos and Daniel to Gonzalo and all the personnel under managerJuliettas supervision they are pleasant, professional and top quality. Angelica took care of my housekeeping with thoughtfulness and thorough performance and ALVARO was forever working to keep the public areas in top shape. The restaurant is under the able management of Hector who guides his staff of Eliana, Victoria, Juliette and Oscar to fine perfection with great food and drink while the pool has Annabelle as full time life guard and its perfect for all ages. You can’t beat the talent, location and value.…
Would highly recommend staying here if you visit buenos aires because it's great for value. The rooms vary quite a bit so our first quad room was a bit old and dark. However our other rooms were really nice with a kitchenette. The staff was great and let us store a lot of suitcases for a few days when we went to iguazu falls.
The location is awesome because you are very close to Plaza San Martín and the underground, besides the neighbourhood is very nice. We stay for one night with my husband and son. We rent an apartment very nice and clean. We paid only U$S 43 without breakfast. You can have breakfast in the hotel or you can do what we did: we went to Dos Escudos Pastery, just half a block from the hotel and eat a delicious breakfast and eat the best croissants of Buenos Aires. The staff was very polite.
The Suipacha Hotel is one Hotel I will highly recommend. It is super clean, the location is amazing, close to the subway, main and important avenues, easy to catch a cab. The area is very nice and secure, close to Santa Fe Avenue. The Hotel is clean, all the rooms are renovated, a very modern decoration. And also the personnel. I have to mention all the people to make my stay unforgettable: Marcos Valles in the front desk, Raul Autalán, Gonzalo Solti, Rossina and in the rooms Jesus Serra. Each one of them helped me with some issues during my stay making everything easy and cool. If you wanna get Quality, Confort, Accessibility, cleanness, optimum customer service, and Cost - Value - and great service and rooms. This is the place to be.
I booked this apartment due to the convenient location to do some official errands. It was bang on the middle of the town. The room are large, airy and with a small kitchenette. The staff is very accommodating and have a good command of English. Special kudos to the house-kipping lady who help me with an adapter to charge my mobile phone. My room did not include breakfast however the hotel had a breakfast buffet from $240 Argentinian pesos, which work out at 4 dollars. The only let down was that the swimming pool was closed. It was very hot but for the Argentinians is not the summer season therefore will not open the pool yet. So is you are booking this apartment I will suggest you check in advance. I had a great experience with this apartment and received excellent customer service. It shows that sometimes you get more than you pay for.…
Booked at the last minute for this apartment, it was a big surprise to find this Aparthotel in such good shape for the price I paid. Check-in was efficient, friendly & helpful, my apartment was good, with a comfortable bed, lots of hot water & security safe. I wasn't there long but it made a good impression on me, I ate dinner in their cafe restaurant, they called me a taxi & generally couldn't have been lovelier.
Annoyed as booked this property for the pool and location. The description didn’t detail the pool may be closed at certain times, so was not impressed. Room, location and breakfast was ok, similar to photos so that was fine. If you’re not bothered about the pool it’s ok and was Fair price.
We thought we were onto a winner when we first arrived. The lobby seems well appointed, friendly reception staff and a really smooth check in process. We were soon let down once we reached our floor. Most of the rooms had the fittings to outer doors coming away, like they had been an attempted break in. I am sure that is not the case though! We entered our apartment and the kitchen was poorly equipped. No utensils so cooking was not an option. The seating arrangement was one table, old wicker style chairs and a sofa-bed which was extremely uncomfortable. Huge marks on the wall made us think that there has been no attention to the rooms for many years. The amount of space in our apartment was huge and it looked a bit bare to be honest. No tea or coffee facilities other than a kettle and a big gripe is that WiFi is only available in the lobby, so this became a sometimes crowded communal area at times.…
It is an old building with almost no maintenance. The room needed all kind of things redone, very run down. No wi-fi in the rooms! Barely any in the lobby at a crawling speed. The only good thing was the rate and the location. I guess you get what you pay for...
When you first walk into the hotel you see a modern, clean well appointed lobby. The staff were polite and spoke very good English. The elevators were small and barely accommodated two people and luggage. The suite was very spacious but had very basic dated furniture. The bathroom needed a good refresh. It was clean, but there was evidence of moisture, mold in the bathtub. The kitchen had the basic essentials. Our accommodation included breakfast. This was a generous offering of hot and cold and the pastries were very good. For one night, it was okay, but I would not like to stay long term. The location was very good for access to many parts of Buenos Aires
