We stayed here for a full week. The room was very good as was the bathroom. There was free wifi for two items. The hotel has a beautiful back garden viewed from the dining room. The staff were always very helpful. A very varied selection for breakfast, which was good as we were there all week. It is easy to...

Please do not stay here - sleep on the streets if you must but avoid this place. I normally use the 4 seasons in BA and will always do so in the future - but this place is a joke, and an expensive one. Nice reception area when you arrive, got to my suite Room which is terrible - little...

When I arrived with my two kids they gave us a room with two twin beds telling me that they were queen. We could not sleep 3 in the room. I made a fuss after the second night of not being able to sleep. I went down to the front desk at 3 am to tell them that I needed...

This hotel is not in the best location - but you can catch an Uber anywhere. Rooms are somewhat dated, but they are clean and charming. Quiet even though there's the busy main street out front. Good hotel bar with some decent scotch labels. Overall we really enjoyed this hotel.

This hotel has a stately appeal and the rooms are large and comfortable. It is located in the heart of Recoleta within walking distance to nice restaurants, the cemetery, etc. Everyone on staff here is kind and reliable and helpful. I would stay here again!

Staying in Retiro

Neighbourhood Profile
Retiro
Exquisite palaces and luxurious apartment buildings combine with art galleries and exclusive boutiques to make Retiro the perfect spot for those who enjoy sophistication. However, the non-stop foot traffic to and from Retiro train and bus terminals, accompanied by the myriad of trucks leaving and arriving at the port, mean this neighbourhood is never truly at rest. One minute you are walking down a street dotted with ornate mansions and luxurious shop windows and the next you find yourself surrounded by a sea of people racing to catch their train or bus. It is this juxtaposition of never-ending comings and goings and quiet, elegant luxury that defines Retiro, as well as Buenos Aires, a city where sharp contrasts are all around.
