We spent 3 nights here and our stay could not have been better. The staff was friendly and helpful. We liked the location, as it was a short Uber ride to most neighborhoods. (And Ubers are insanely cheap.) We got upgraded to a spacious suite (thanks to being Marriott Titanium) and the room was awesome. The club lounge is in the attached Sheraton and is open 2-8:00 pm. The spread at dinner time was plentiful so after a busy day of seeing the city we decided not to go out to a restaurant and just ate a relaxing dinner in the lounge.
Count me in as one of those that had an excellent stay at the Park Tower. Checked-in early morning from Salta. Lady at front desk was super sweet and nice. Informed me that Suite wasn't ready but I only had to wait about 30 minutes in the lobby while they did some last minute touches to my room. Arrived at my suite and I love this decor. Very old world European like Hotel Imperial Wien. There was a full bottle of wine waiting for me and some chocolates as a Lifetime Titanium Guest. I also had a personal butler. His name is David. Really super nice guy and so sweet. When I entered my room, he was there with maintenance fixing a very, very minor issue in the bathroom. Didn't even noticed until he told me and to be frank, didn't really care. But because of this really, really slight inconvenience, the next day there was another full bottle of wine from Mendoza with a lovely apology note. Breakast and dinner is served on the 2nd floor. I believe it's called St Regis Restaurant. Service from both breakfast and dinner was very personal AND formal. One person for water, one server for juice, one for coffee, etc. You can also have your eggs made to order. There's also mimosa for breakfast. I used to stay at the Sheraton right beside it at least half a dozen times in the last decade. Really, really night and day in terms of service. All the staffs here at the Park Tower are very polished, polite, and presentable. While Sheraton can be a hit or miss. I don't think they ever said no to any of my requests. My stay was last month, June 2022. Highly recommend this wonderful hotel.…
It was great to finally get back last winter and to stay here again, albeit briefly. Everything about the Park Tower reeks of class and refinement but the wonderful caring staff make it into an even more special experience with their total commitment to quality service. The room amenities and Hotel facilities also have to be seen to be believed.
The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Especially the concierge employees who helped coordinate things to do in the area. They even called the airline for us when one of our bags was lost and brought it immediately to our room once it arrived. Our room was nice and clean with a nice view. The hotel itself is in a good area near the port where many restaurants and bars are located. If you enjoy walking through a new city this is a perfect spot to start. We were able to do long walks on multiple days and were able to see all of the things we hoped to see in the city. We also ate in the restaurant and the food was some of the best we had during our whole trip. Highly recommend.
Great hotel together linked to the Sheraton hotel where the lounge is. The food in the lounge is less than average, I have had better in other hotels Its only open from 2 pm till 8 pm and it's in the Sheraton hotel not the tower. The drinks you have to ask for. The white wine I was served was not good. Most lounges you have self service. The location is good, short taxi rides to restaurants.
Exceptional Customer Service! Outstanding help from the day I booked this hotel. The representatives were so kind and helpful. This type of quality is unusual in our service world today. Once again, outstanding, and I highly recommend. Don’t hesitate to book or to reach out with your questions.
I almost gave it a 4 because of check in, but the rest of the stay was so great, bumped it up to a 5. Check in really could be improved. There are 2 desks, not a main check in, and people kept cutting in line, so it took forever to check in. The hotel is in a great location, about a mile from the cruise terminal, and really close to some good shopping. There is a street close by that has upscale and affordable shops, good for window shopping. Across the street is a clock tower, which is neat to see, and it is down the hill from a park my kids liked. We got on a hop on hop off bus pretty close to the hotel. Room service was really/amazingly good, especially the kids meals. The hotel spoke English, which made it easier. The pool was great, indoor and outdoor, and my kids loved it. The airport was about 45 min away, but still a great location. The rooms were really big, or seemed that way after a cruise ship. We had to get two rooms because really there aren't rooms for families of 4. Kids loved it, and so did we. Breakfast was really good as well. Recommendation is to bring a lot of US dollars and exchange, you get a better rate than your credit card.,…
Spent new years in the hotel. Service was great, the room was spacious, clean and welcoming. Very comfortable bed and pillows, shower had excellent water pressure and the AC kept the room cool and pleasant. The front desk crew was very helpful. The youngest concierge was my favorite, very confident with suggestions and knowledgeable but unfortunately I can’t remember his name. The hotel food was no so great. We had room service one night and even tried the Italian restaurant at the Sheraton, which is connected, did not like it at all. The hotel is walking distance from many trendy and cool cafes and restaurants. My recommendation is to go out and enjoy the town. Make sure to bring currency to exchange at the câmbio house, since they will offer a better exchange rate than your credit card. Don’t stay in room 1715. It is next door to the maids supply room and they start slamming the door early in the morning. There’s no sleeping in!…
The staff went above and beyond to make our stay fabulous from the second we walked in. They accommodated a very early check-in and the concierge was very helpful. Wonderful breakfast spread. My only potential qualm is that the decor is what I might call, 'old glamor.' Parts are a bit gaudy and not really my taste, but I still gave the hotel 5 stars because we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely come back!
A very nice hotel in the center of the city. It has a lovely pool , friendly and attentive staff , spacious rooms , concierge is best helpful. The view from the room is out standing . They recommended us a lot of great restaurants. Would definitely go back .
