We stayed here two nights. The location is good. The hotel is good. The breakfast is good, nothing special. The rooms are a mixed bag but overall not good. Biggest issue is the terrible sound insulation of the other rooms' doors banging. You can not only hear the loud banging but also feel them! That does not lend to a restful night sleep or stay. Other issue are the bed linens which seemed to be synthetic and harboured the faint odours of previous users! The mattresses were good. The pillows were good. The bathroom was good with decent water pressure throughout. The bath towels were good. There was a complimentary bottle of water for the stay. The chair in the room was the most run-down I have ever sat in, even though it was upholstered, it felt like I was sitting on the bare wooden frame at the front edge of the seat. It also seemed that whole sections were closed off for renovations, and the construction noise started pretty early and could be heard. I cannot recommend this hotel because of the noise issues. I am not sure if the slamming door noise issues can be fixed but that is a big issue.

Words cannot accurately describe how terrible the customer service is at this Sheraton. Actually there are words I'd like to use but they'd instantly get me banned from this website. I'm two nights into a six night booking at this hotel. They are doing massive construction works within the building but didn't bother to block out the rooms adjacent to the work areas and as such I have been woken up early each morning by the noise of hammer drills, sawing, hammering, chisels, grinders, etc. After the first morning of what was quite literally a "rude awakening" I spoke to a man at reception and asked about moving rooms. He said that the hotel didn't anticipate the noise would continue the following day, but if I did need to move they would make it a priority. The second morning (today) I was woken up again by the same noises. I spoke to the same man at reception and demanded that I be moved to a new room. He told me that housekeeping would prepare a new room for me. When I told him that I had to leave for work within the next 45 minutes, he instructed me to leave my belongings gathered together and that housekeeping would move them to the new room in my absence. My situation would be a "priority," in fact. That's what he promised. So I completely packed up my suitcases and left them in a neat pile in the room. I've just returned from a long day at work--midnight--and approached the front desk to ask which room I'd been moved to. It took three employees 15 minutes to determine that not only had I not been moved, but that there were no rooms available to move into...despite the earlier assurances that I was a "priority." And, get this, the construction will resume early tomorrow morning...a Saturday. Un-freaking-believable. The greedy arrogance of this hotel manager to, first of all, sell rooms immediately next to those under constrction...and, secondly, to promise solutions and then completely ignore them! This property is an absolute joke. Feel free to stay here if you enjoy being woken up by hammer drills and then having the staff do absolutely nothing about it despite multiple requests, multiple days in a row. This hotel is garbage.

My sojourns at the Sheraton Buenos Aires hotel have been a recurring delight, with three visits this year dedicated to professional engagements. The hotel's prime locale, gastronomic excellence, exemplary service, and luxuriously appointed rooms have consistently garnered my appreciation. Notably, the managerial prowess of Yanina serves as the epitome of a perfect hostess, elevating the overall experience.

We stayed twice on a recent trip. Check in lines were long and rooms were not ready by check in time. I overheard many unhappy guests with the same situation. Worst problem. People had to rejoin long lines to get their keys. Rooms are dated but clean. Super disappointing since this is a great location and a Sheraton hotel

Buyer beware — don’t stay here. I’m in hotels over 60 nights a year all over the world — from luxury to basic. This place is a dump! The owners should be ashamed of themselves and Marriott should stop this from their brand. Location is great and staff are nice. The bones of the hotel are excellent. It could be a great place if the owners invested in it. The executive lounge was decent (I’m Marriott Platinum). Also, room was a nice size. But the room was in significant disrepair. Mold on vent. Wallpaper coming off wall. Significantly worn carpet that was coming up in several areas. The headboard had all sorts of scratches fabric. The room smelled of smoke. We had several other rooms with our group and everyone complained about the state of rhjngs.

Overpriced. We stayed for one night. Overpriced given the poor state the hotel is in. Certainty not 4 star accommodation and would put me off staying at any Sheraton going forward. Key things to note: No coffee or tea facilities in the room. Cold water tap failed Stains on the carpet. Paint and Wallpaper peeling off Very average breakfast Only positive was the staff are nice and helpful.

I really give this a solid very good hotel for many reasons. I attended a convention here and stayed a day and a half longer secondary to flights. It is in a marvelous location to get around in Buenos Aires, or even to take a ferry for an excursion to Uruguay. Uber and taxis are very very and expensive. As long as you use a visa you get an extremely good exchange rate the hotel room was slightly dated but not that bad at all. Extremely clean and very comfortable bed excellent housekeepers as well. I found the front desk and the concierge‘s very helpful, there is one thing that I couldn’t stand about the place and that was no coffee maker in the room! I have gotten over it because they have a very good coffee store down in the lobby, but I drink a lot of coffee, so this is a big no-no, but because the hotel and everything else or so pleasant, I’m still giving them a four out of five stars. Also, I will say that the convention area was very good.

An exciting experience of Buenos Aires with beautiful views of the city and the river. The hotel cuisine provides excellent meals mostly alacarte with occasional buffet menus, the seafood choice is generous with choice of Salmon and Tuna dominating. The hotel accommodation, restaurants and bars are truly 5 star with 2 interconnected facilities for Marriott and Sheraton with helpful and cordial staff. A walking distance to the main business street for all shopping and sightseeing.

The lounge food was great with an awesome view on the 22nd floof. We go there a lot since they have variety of good food, (meat, veggies, fruit, bread, cakes) drinks and coffee options. The lounge team was awesome! Thank you Melina, Diego and Karen for your kindness and hospitality towards our family during our stay. Melina can speaks English, Italian and Spanish. They always ask us with a friendly smile if we need anything to include a beer or a glass of wine. They made us feel comfortable there. All the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful in general. Wifi and big screen TV in our room. The view of the clock tower and the city was great. I highly recommend this hotel.

Not worth repeating that the rooms in this hotel have seen their best days. Positive: bed is comfortable, room size is good, breakfast buffet is ample (although very little changes if you stay longer), nice business lounge on 22nd floor. Negatives: elevators have no security - anyone can go up to every floor - the wifi/internet is wonky to say the leas and the lobby bar tends to get rowdy in the afternoon.
