We stayed at this property for 3 nights. We liked that it was within easy walking distance of the Opera House and Plaza de Mayo. We noticed the entryway light was not working along with the shaver outlet in the bathroom so we pointed that out our housekeeper after the first night, and she had a maintenance man up to our room within an hour, and he was able to fix both issues so that was great service. The bathroom was spacious, but counter space was a bit on the tight side. The entryway had large closets with plenty of space to store clothes and bags. Our room rate included breakfast each morning which we considered a fairly decent selection of choices.
Large 5star hotel in city centre. 22 floors. Our room on 15th floor was large but a little dated. Bath with shower in. Air con /heating effective. Safe not working, door handle broken meaning we were locked in our room until we found the missing screw. Plenty of storage space in room. Three lifts covering 22 floors. It took 90 minutes and three calls before maintenance came to fix them. Busy reception desk. Large lobby. Breakfast on third floor was pretty good.
This hotel is suprisingly well located with several good dining options and easy access. It is a great cost / benefit option with good bed and a very decent shower. However, it is a little run down. The corridor rugs look old and we did have issues with the air conditioning which basically wasn't working. Front desk is very quick and corteous. Breakfast is simple and included in the tab.
On arrival we found that our tour agency had mismanaged our room booking and that we had no reservation. We were very stressed and tired due to some previous problems, but the reception staff could not have been more helpful and reassuring. They pursued the issue with our tour agency, including making international phone calls on our behalf. They resolved the problem and we were given a luxurious room and complementary drinks. The hotel is in a good location with excellent facilities including impressive breakfast service. Would recommend this hotel to everyone!
This was a very clean property in a great location. It provided a wonderful breakfast buffet. Located just around the corner from Galleria shopping mall and shops on the street. Cafes nearby as well. Highly recommend this property
It was a Sheraton just recently. And, may be a coincidence, but one feels that is lacking... I didn't feel like being in a 5 star hotel. Average rooms, average breakfast and even average new years eve dinner... It is well located, but that's about all of the plus...
We spent three nights and four days at this hotel. Hotel restaurant food is good. Location of the hotel is excellent and the best part is there is a laundromat literally a block away where you can simply drop off your clothes and they do your laundry and you get to pick that up folded. The staff is very friendly although not knowledgeable about how to handle tourist and their ability as a concierge is poor. You must not depend on them for any recommendations or much of guidance. Rooms are average but not cramped.
Ok I have asthma and this hotel is certainly not for anyone with lung issues or anyone sensitive to perfume! The front entrance area where the checkin desk is and the bar/restaurant is very heavily fragranced with vanilla. Thankfully the rooms are fine but not a hotel I would return to.
A good hotel, clean and good checkin but the club room is not well stocked during the day with often times just tea and coffee. Meal time around 6 PM is usually a delicious stew with some other hot vegetable...noting to write home about but adequate. Only wine is served at 6:30 PM...no beer. The breakfast was also satisfactory and I believe is included.
Lovely hotel with very helpful and friendly staff, who will go the extra mile to help out. Top marks to reception and the gym. Good food and location too. Very nice rooms with good amenities. I Recommend it.
