Third time in this hotel since 2014. We don't regret it! Located in the heart of Belgrano, employees are very kind, always smiling and ready to help. Rooms are spacious and very clean. We love the swimming pool. We will return for sure!
Located in a vibrant and safe neighbourhood (Belgrano), close to Juramento subway station and stores in Avenida Cabildo. Very kind staff (Maximiliano, Eric). Once in the hotel, they let me check in earlier because my flight arrived early in the morning. Good breakfast, could be more diverse. Medium to small sized bedroom, with a nice balcony
All staff were very sweet and inviting! Luis was especially friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was also very good and the rooms were clean and modern. The balconies are a perfect place to have a morning “cafe con leche”. Would definitely recommend staying here!
It's not a very big hotel but it very clean and confortable. The only downside I found is that the breakfast doesn't not offer beaten eggs or anything else custom. The coffe is already prepared and presented in a thermos bottle, and it is not very good.
The hotel is nice enough, and the staff delivers the friendliness that is common in Buenos Aires, but a couple things really spoiled the experience: - my air con only worked intermittently, which kind of sucked mid summer in BA - they charged me 1200 pesos or around 60 bucks for a single load of laundry - the breakfast guy, Louis, was an awesome dude, but the breakfast itself was pretty meh. (Except the coffee which was good). - turndown service was well executed daily - i was there 2 weeks and tried so many different ways to stop the shower from leaking all over the floor every time i took a 2 minute shower, but determined it was just a terrible design. Water pooled on the oversized front and back ledges no matter what i did, and flooded the floor
