Francis Ford Coppola came to Buenos Aires for the making of his film “Tetro” and he fell in love with the city. Now his home in Buenos Aires is open to guests, offering bed & breakfast services. Located in Palermo Soho, one of the most vibrant neighborhoods is the lush, green oasis of Jardin Escondido. Boasting three levels of gardens, a pool, an outdoor kitchen and parrilla, and a beautiful terrace surrounded by plants of all kinds, Jardin Escondido is its own hidden paradise. If you've dreamed of a South American destination where a vibrant cultural scene is balanced with a peaceful escape, the excellent staff at Jardin Escondido awaits to make your dream a reality. Jardin Escondido is walking distance to hip fashion and design boutiques, restaurants, bars, craft fairs, and abundant street culture. There is a fresh, artistic atmosphere in the neighborhood, which makes it especially popular with young, sophisticated Argentines and foreign visitors.

This place was incredible. We had such a great time and the staff were extremely helpful. (Ignacio have us amazing advice and unlocked the real heart of Argentina for us 💗.) We liked it so much that we changed our trip so that we could have another night there. It is like coming home - especially if your home is a very cool, beautiful, well designed little spot.

Gorgeous property, great breakfast, friendly staff. Beds are so comfy, garden is obviously beautiful. Wish we could have stayed longer. Location is perfect too and loved Nacho's recommendations for food & drinks in the neighborhood. Only possible improvement would be to soundproof the front balcony doors a little- we could hear all the cars and people on the street in the middle of the night. Also didn't realize there was a sauna or fitness area until filling out this survey which would have been fun to explore!

Our stay at Jardin Escondido was absolutely perfect throughout. The hotel itself is magical. It’s an oasis of quiet and tranquility in the midst of one of the most popular and lively areas of the city. The staff was tremendously helpful, both in planning our visit and during our stay. We felt like family. Their recommendations for restaurants, sights to see, shopping and general needs saved us time and insured that we had the unique experience we were seeking. It was a magical experience and we hope to return very soon.

We LOVED BE Jardin de Escondido! The hotel itself is charming and cozy, but the staff is what makes it so special. Every staff member was incredibly nice and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious. And we loved having a glass of wine in the living room each night before heading out to dinner in Palermo, which is such a cool neighborhood with so many great bars and restaurants within seconds/minutes of BE Jardin. We would absolutely stay here again!!

One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in. The staff were attentive, warm and polite whilst the room was large and airy. The decor was beyond charming and the location was perfect. Can't wait to return!

We stayed here twice- once at the beginning of our trip and once at the end. We had an incredible stay. The hotel is cozy and welcoming and the staff goes to great pains to make sure you are taken care of. The breakfast is also great and the best of the hotel breakfasts we experienced in Argentina (and we were at 5 hotels). Will definitely stay here again

Our stay here made our trip to Buenos Aires an incredible experience. From the help of Gladys & team to mke rearrangements (due to covid) before our stay, to the moment we walked in and got the most amazing advice from Ignacio, everything was perfect. The hotel was beautiful, it felt like home. But, really, it was the staff that made it so special. I can't say enough good things about them all, but especially Gladys & Igancio. Their recommendations made us fall in love with the city. Every day they had basically prepared for us the perfect itineraries of the coolest places to go in Buenos Aires, not your typical tourist places. We felt like we got to see the city as a local. We were treated like friends. For that we are forever grateful and cant wait to return, if only to see our hotel friends!

Amazingly friendly small boutique hotel in the heart of Palermo Soho - an island of greenery around a luscious internal courtyard/garden. This is a perfect pied à terre for discovering Palermo by foot, and exploring the further afield parts of Buenos Aires. The friendliest of staff is what makes it special.

We couldn’t recommend this hotel more. With its beautiful garden and pool, this is a haven of calm in buzzing Palermo Soho. The staff could not be more friendly and interesting to talk to about Buenos Aires. Thank you so much Gladys, Jose and Ignacio in particular. They go out of their way to help, whether it’s pointing us to the nicest local restaurants, delicious ice cream, best currency exchange, or booking transport and tables and offering tea just when you’re tired after a trip out. The generous and beautiful sitting room and bar area are decorated as if they’re still a private home. Our three children (aged 3, 5 and 10) could not have been more welcome. They loved playing in the pool and sitting room. The Francis and Sophia rooms are worth paying for. The others are beautiful and very comfy but these are huge and have wonderful big windows on the garden. We can’t wait to go back.
