WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD!!! DON’T BELIEVE THE RATES THEY GIVE YOU. I booked 10 rooms through the hotel call center for a total of 2544 usd, and once I was there they wanted to charge me 3196 usd!! I spend most of my stay talking to the call center trying to fix this. They confirm that my rate was 2544, but then they would not let me leave the hotel until I pay 3196…. 3 months later, I still don’t get a solution from the hotel helpdesk…. my reservation email clearly shows that my rate was 2544 usd, the call center tells me it was supposed to be 2544, and yet, they charge me 652 usd more. It’s a shame that a big hotel chain like this treats their customers like this. I should be refund for the difference, but yet, 3 months after my stay, they don’t even reply to my emails.
Great location. Breakfast is good. Did not try coffee. Rooms and bathrooms are very comfortable. However, in our case one of the bathtub’s walls had a lot of hair stuck to the wall, meaning that they evidently did not clean that are properly. We could not notify management because we left very early the next day and forgot to mention. Overall, the hotel does its job and it’s possible that the bath event is not recurrent. Nevertheless, management should do the due diligence and ensure that poor cleaning is not recurrent. WiFi works well. Lobby is nice and comfortable. Front desk service is good too.
This hotel is in a very good location to a lot of the tourist attractions and sites in central Buenos Aires. We walked to many of the sites within 20 minutes or less. It is a bit older but clean and the staff were very accommodating. Breakfast buffet was included and fairly good with a nice variety.
Just minutes from Avenida 9 de Julio and the center of the town. Included breakfast - standard, nothing extra. Swimming pool rather for soaking than swimming. AC rather noisy and refrigerator not so cold. Great help from the staff. A couple of grocery stores, kiosks and breakfast places nearby.
Could do with some renovation. Breakfast options were very limited. Rooms quite spacious. Convenient location and close to transport. Staff were always very pleasant and helpful. It would be great if South American hotels had tissues.
We stayed here before and after our cruise and enjoyed the hotel. We were one half block from Esmelalda which was great for restaurants and nice for getting to attractions. Shopping: two blocks from Florida Street which is a pedestrian shopping street. The staff was so helpful, they accommodated our early arrival and late departure. Each room has a small kitchen (tiny) but it came in handy. I would definitely stay here again.
This is a centrally located hotel, with awesome guess desk staff, super helpful. Near a lot of attractions, restaurants, shops, airport, cruise terminal. Decent breakfast. Spacious rooms. **Hotel need update. But it is budget friendly.
I did love my stay in this super centric hotel! The personnel has been the plus: super kind, professional, available, friendly, always helping and making you feel at home. The room was fine and the breakfast varied and in a relaxed mode. WiFi ok and really no issue. Nice small pool on the roof. I would only replace the air conditioning with a new set, less noisy and further from beds. Recommendable choice in Baires, definitely.
I had a great 8 night stay recently. At check-in I asked if an upgrade was possible, I'm a Wyndham Rewards Diamond member, and although the hotel was full I was informed by Damian that a superior room would open up the 4th night of my stay and I would be upgraded then, which I was. He also made sure it was on the same floor to make the move much easier. The superior room was larger with a small balcony, desk and more closet space. All the rooms have a Jacuzzi build in the tub, very relaxing after a long day. There are kitchenettes in all the rooms which was nice. The only downside of my initial standard room was there was no bureau for my clothes, the closet was too small so I had to live out of my suitcase . I was told that Wyndham just acquired the property and that they were working on it. There's a very good free breakfast buffet and a rooftop pool as well. I had an 11:30pm flight and asked for a late checkout. Again, Damian at reception came through and gave me a late checkout which was really nice leaving me more refreshed for my long trip home. I definitely will stay here again on my next trip to Buenos Aires.…
Not a bad place to stay but not really around anything worth seeing as a tourist. Help is all been great and the best plus. Breakfast is provided which is always a plus, especially in a country where no one wakes up until 10am.
