This hotel has limited facilities but very clean, comfortable and good value for money. Location was good and reception staff helpful. Limited facilities for food and beverage but as the hotel is very central lots of options available close by. Why pay more as atourist if you are out and about all day and only sleeping in the hotel.
Deskmanager Alexandro at the reception showed us how to help travellers in een good way and with adequate knowledge. Quick, friendly and humurous and adequate. A valuable "asset", now and in the future, for this hotel! Also the waitresses were very friendly and with great servicing.
A decent quality of hotel. Room size is good. Clean and comfortable bed with soft and firm pillows. Reception staff are excellent. Really helpful. Breakfast decent variety. Would recommend. As the location is brilliant - very close to the Obeliska.
Don’t know this hotel has a decent rating . Now stopped there twice in last year ( due to business bookings) but not again ! Reception very slow and impersonal service, staff complaining of slow IT Restaurant does not opening in the evenings. Booked a King room , very average but clean. Breakfast very avarage with stale bread and watery juice, weak coffee. Central location but high street crime area. The internet was good though
Everything in the hotel was in excellent order. Special mention to the pleasant service of Alejandra in the breakfast buffet. Our room has the best city view of Buenos Aires, on sight was 9 de Julio Avenue and the Obelisque. Real nice and spacious bathroom in our room, the bed was big with fresh and clean beddings in all our days of stay. I highly recommend NH Buenos Aires Hotel to anyone visiting the Paris of South America City.
