Hotel Palermitano by DOT Boutique, located in the emblematic neighborhood of Palermo Soho, is a boutique hotel designed by the avant-garde architect David Collins and inspired by the impact of Art Deco in South America and the modernism of the great designers of the 20th century. Its 16 rooms with Slavonian oak floors have exclusive design furniture and offer at the same time warmth, privacy and style for the most demanding travelers. The bathrooms were built using materials as pure and noble as Carrara marble. The Roof Top and Terrace Pool invite you to immerse yourself in this magical setting. Sipan, located inside the hotel, is the undisputed leading restaurant of Japanese Peruvian fusion cuisine and led by Chef José Castro Mendivil. The concept of the open kitchen allows diners to see the chefs in action and thus live a complete experience. Isabel Bar proposes a five star service, with classic drinks, executed to perfection and elegant food in an unique setting.

The small boutique hotel was in a great location, on a quiet side street in Palermo, not even a block from restaurants. A quick 10 minute walk to restaurant Don Julio! They have a restaurant which is a Peruvian Japanese fusion, which, unfortunately we did not have time to eat it. The rooms were appropriately sized, with the room with twin beds, larger and with a bathtub. Small swimming pool was very clean and on the rooftop, which had a nice view over the city . I would definitely forward to returning. Small fridge and safes in room was very helpful

The hotel is in a great location - right in the heart of Palermo. Our double room was perfectly fine - size, cleanliness, amenities; A/C worked great. One negative though is there were not enough type C plugs in the room. As for the staff, most of them seemed like they were very unhappy to be working. Barely any greetings from the front desk (except for the women who checked us out). The service at breakfast was also a bit cold. The breakfast itself was fine - not great (eggs to order definitely helped. Paying in Pesos made the price worth it. If you pay in USD, it would have been way overpriced.

Great hotel in a great neighborhood, amazing staff and service - always looking to make your stay the best it can be. AC worked perfectly, the room and the bathroom was huge, and having a restaurant downstairs for breakfast and dinner is very convenient. WIFI worked perfectly and having an office desk in the room made taking calls very easy. No complaints whatsoever and will happily stay here again!

Great Hotel with brilliant staff. Everyone was really friendly and spoke great English. The front desk staff especially were very kind and any time I asked for help or advise they were happy to help me. The room and bathroom were immaculately clean. All throughout the hotel they maintained high levels of cleanliness and there was hand sanitizer available at reception and at the restaurant. Breakfast had a great selection of bread, pastries, eggs, cereal, meats and cheese. The area is my favourite in Buenos Aires because there isn't as much traffic as other areas. Its really pleasant to walk around in Palermo and stop at the different restaurants, cafes and bars. I felt safe everywhere in this neighbourhood. I highly recommend staying at the Palermitano.

We enjoyed our single night stay here at the Palermitano. We choose this hotel ofr its location to the Glu Hotel in the Palermo SOHO district as our friends were staying there and we stayed there earlier in the week. The hotel was very clean with a modern Asian inspiration for decor. The rooms are a little on the small side. The staff is friendly enough (although the person checking us in was not so much). We enjoyed the breakfast and the made to order eggs in their own skillet. Nice touch. The rooms were also very quiet given the noise on the street. Mainly stayed here for the location which is excellent walking to many wonderful restaurants, bars, shopping, markets, etc. Would stay here again,

I stayed at the Palermitano for a second time this last week. Four years ago, when I stayed for three nights, I loved the place. While it's true that the bed and the shower are in wonderful conditions, that the rooms are relatively spacious and that the location is unbeatable for Palermo SoHo (and BA in general), the WiFi was bad. At times, there was no WiFi at all. The staff tried to be attentive and help by calling the technicians but this didn't solve the problem at all. During my 7 night stay, the WiFi was very poor. In addition, the AC, which was needed didn't work properly. The staff, always very nice, moved me to a new room, but the AC still didn't work. At some point, they just ignored my complaints. I opened the window and it was way cooler outside than in the room. Perhaps these seem like minor complaints but when you're not staying at a hostel, you expect good WiFi and a functioning AC. Everything else was fine. The administration's incapacity to solve the issues pertaining to the WiFi and the AC makes me think that it will be difficult to recommend this hotel... It's a real pity, because the location is on spot and the place is a very lovely boutique hotel. Hopefully I just happened to have a bad experience.

Some places impress you with the building entrance or the lobby, but the room disappoints. Just the opposite here. Will say that at least one of the rooms is just adequate, but the majority are terrific. I look for a good shower and bed, and the Palermitano nails it on both counts. Breakfast is pretty much the same every day, but the quality is quite high.

Had a fantastic stay at Hotel Palermitano. Superb service, very clean and tastefully decorated and comfortable room. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful, as I was travelling alone they became my friends during my stay in Buenos Aires. The restaurant is excellent, try having a meal and a couple of cocktails there. Staff spoke excellent English and were very knowledgable about the tourist attractions as well as the restaurants and bars in the area and the city. I warmly recommend this hotel and will most certainly stay there again.

The hotel is really well located in Palermo for restaurants, bars and shopping. The rooms were spacious and the suite had a lovely balcony to look out from over BA. The best part was the staff who were all friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing was a problem. The restaurant 'Sipan' is a real treat too and definitely worth a dinner. The fish was super fresh with lots of interesting flavours.

We stayed here 3 nights in March 2019. We had a room on the second floor, to the rear of the hotel. We had a sliding glass door that opened to a nice view. The room was spacious and comfortable, with eclectic interior design (combination of wood, granite, and metal, with unique light fixtures). The bath had a double sink, which was nice, but also a frosted glass door that was a little weird and hard to move. Good Wi-Fi. We enjoyed the rooftop pool area one day. The pool is about a meter deep, which is just enough for a cooling dip after enjoying the sun for a while. The hotel breakfast was good, including fresh fruit (like watermelon, mango, oranges, kiwi - different selection each day), and scrambled eggs made to order if you wanted. The hotel location was convenient for exploring Palermo Soho. This was our favorite hotel of our Argentina trip.
