I arrived that morning, but they were able to accommodate me at that time, considering I had a meeting at 1300h that day. I was grateful. My room was perfect. I had a lovely chaise lounge chair in the room along with my queen size bed. Since I was there for 9 days, it felt like home away from home. The cleaning staff were so efficient. Every day my room was cleaned and fully stocked. There was complimentary water every day in my room, along with light snacks and beverages. The lobby staff was helpful with my touring and local eateries. I definitely recommend the Palermo Bridge. I was pleasantly surprised.

The hotel has a room that allows you to lay in the bed. No more than that The blankets are rustic and uncomfortable The mattress is low quality. Front desk does not respond to your questions, they don't know and don't care Poorly designed with very low budget They describe an executive room , provide a simple room with twin short beds

The location was great. The room was clean and had all the basics. The space is a bit tight, but it´s exactly as described. I would recommend this place because of the price - quality - location ratio.
