Enjoyed our stay at Sissi Haz. The hotel did not feel like a hotel at all, but someones home. The courtyard was beautiful and inviting. The breakfast was fantastic with many things to choose from. The staff were extremenly friendly and helpful.

The rooms are connected by stairs. Yes, the staff will help with your luggage. I did not feel unsafe or insecure. They lock the door behind you when you leave. And you have to buzz in when you want to get in.
