The staff at La Duque were accommodating and personable. We enjoyed the hot tub, sauna, and secluded courtyard area. We also enjoyed eggs cooked to order in the morning. Given security concerns in such a large city, they allowed us to store our rented motorcycle in the side garage/lobby area overnight, which saved me a walk to a public parking garage. Great place to stay in the city.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Duque Hotel. The hotel was very charming and clean, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, and the location in Palermo can’t be beat (within walking distance of tons of restaurants, bars and parks). We would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed at the Duque Boutique Hotel in Buenos Aires for a total of 5 nights during March 2024. The Duque served as "home base" for our family of 5 adults in Buenos Aires while we visited the city and made several side trips to other parts of Argentina. This boutique hotel was perfect for our needs - modern and clean, nice rooms and lobby areas. We did not use the pool or spa facilities, but they looked nice. The included breakfast was delicious and included a nice variety of items, including eggs to order. The location in Palermo Soho is great - within walking distance to the many nice restaurants and bars. The area felt safe. Although the area around the hotel was busy, the hotel was quiet and relaxed. But the best asset at the hotel is the staff - they are very helpful and considerate. They made multiple recommendations on places to eat and the visit, made airport taxi reservations, tango reservations, stored bags for us, and overall made us feel welcome. We look forward to staying at the Duque Hotel on any future visits to Buenos Aires!

Fabulous small, traditional hotel, in a quiet location but close to vibrant area of Palermo. Not far from a Yellow hop on hop off Bus. Great welcome on our early arrival after a cruise to Antartica. Lovely friendly helpful staff, excellent breakfast. We had a great room 202. Only wish we could have stayed longer.

The pictures online are FAR nicer than the look and feel over the overall space, unfortunately. Our "superior" room had no natural light, little AC, and very small - couldn't open the bathroom door at all if trying to get to the toilet. The staff, however, was fantastic. They bent over backwards to make us feel at home. The breakfast was great and the cook was able to make eggs for us as well. pool area is sweet, though the pool was too cold to use even in the heat. The hot tub area is a nice touch but feels very sad and dingy. Dim lighting. Ammonia smell. Just kinda sad and cramped. Location is great!

Dear Leslie, thank you for choosing Duque Hotel for your previous stay in Buenos Aires. First of all we really appreciate your good words about our breakfast and staff, we are really proud of it! About the room is a pity that you didn't tell us anything about it, we work really hard for our guests and our main goal is make them feel comfortable and glad to share your stay in Buenos Aires with us. Maybe the boutique hotel concept with smalls rooms in a historical house wasn’t what you wished for. We are really sorry you didn’t say anything about this as we would've done anything to make you feel better no matter what. Once again, thank you so much for choosing Duque Hotel, we really appreciate your honesty, we will take this review to improve every single detail and provide the best service to our guests. Regards, Duque staff.

We spent two nights at Duque Boutique Hotel in Buenos Aires. One night before a cruise and one night after the cruise. We arrived a little before their normal check in time after very long flights. Flor greeted us warmly and advised that our room was ready. The room was small but quite comfortable and functional. We loved exploring the Palermo SoHo neighborhood. There are lots of shops, restaurants and bars within a few blocks of the hotel. Flor kindly made dinner reservations for us at Cabernet, a wonderful parillla not far from the hotel (great steaks). After a great meal we slept soundly. The included breakfast was extensive and tasty. They will cook eggs for you the way you like them. Later that day the staff arranged for a taxi for us to the cruise port. Upon our return about 2 weeks later we arrived around 10:00am. They were happy to store our luggage until our room was ready. Our room again was very clean and comfortable. Francisco, Flor and others there were very helpful for us. Unfortunately the Botanical Garden is closed on Mondays, but it was nice to just walk around the park. At times we found the WiFi did not work very well in our room, but there is a comfortable guest lounge on the ground floor. Internet was fine there. Duque Boutique Hotel and Spa is a wonderful place to stay in this huge city.

Lovely, friendly boutique hotel in a great location for a quiet night's sleep but premier bars and restaurants only a five minute walk away. The room was very clean with crisp bedding and both air-conditioning and ceiling fan. My room also had universal electric sockets and three USB charging points located at a desk beneath the television. Hotel staff spoke fluent English and were friendly: they were always welcoming and frequently asked what more they could do. Breakfast was provided and qas extensive with pastries, cakes and fritatas on offer together with made to order eggs and toast. Asepf service coffee machine was also available. Outside had a small enclosed garden with seating and swimming pool. An excellent hotel. Highly recommend.

Fabulous. A real oasis in Palermo. Great location, friendly staff and beautifully clean. Everything about this hotel was great. Surrounded by restaurants and an easy walk to most major sights. We quickly realised all staff were keen to make our stay as easy and memorable as possible. Nothing seemed too much trouble. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
