A lovely boutique hotel, in a great location. The breakfast was wonderful, the front desk, cleaning staff where very helpful. The spa part I don't quite get. Well worth a stay. The pool is very small and the spa part is not so impressive.

We spent 2 nights at the Duque both on the way in and out of Buenos Aires. We stayed in one deluxe room and one regular room because the deluxe room was not available. The deluxe room was definitely the better of the two rooms-more space and a charging station for electronics. The location of the hotel is fantastic with lots of great restaurants within walking distance. The common areas of the hotel are lovely with a small outdoor pool and patio. What makes this hotel exceptional is its staff. Nóela at the front desk was unbelievably helpful with wonderful recommendations for restaurants and anything else you needed to know. Breakfast was excellent and Mari in the restaurant area was so gracious. We loved our experience at the Duque and would definitely stay here again!

The best small Boutique hotel and location in Buenos Aires. Excellent room, air conditioning, staff, breakfast, small pool, small bar, bottles of wine, great WIFi, etc. An inexpensive cab ride takes you to all the sights. We took more than 10 cab rides and never had a problem despite our very limited Spanish. Front desk staff were very helpful with all of our questions, We had a late night flight home; they securely stored our bags and provided showers in the spa after another hot day seeing the sights. This tree lined, residential neighborhood is full of excellent restaurants; a jazz cub is down the block; in the evenings the streets are full of people enjoying themselves; we never felt unsafe walking at any time.

Quaint hotel with outstanding service and breakfast. The staff in Reception were polite and friendly. The rooms are clean and tidy. The was a bar but it was never open, which was a shame as I am sure it would have been used. They provide a money exchange service which was useful.

This is a charming and comfortable hotel. The reception staff speak perfect English and couldn't have been more accommodating. I had an hour after checking out before my car to the airport and they graciously allowed me 1 private hour in the spa. I traveled alone and this location was perfect for walking around Palermo alone.

The Duque was a perfect place to end our trip! It is a simple, comfortable and extremely accommodating place to relax and explore Buenos Aires. The staff is thoughtful, intelligent and very informative. They did everything from making reservations to a Tango show, to map directions, and making us cocktails in the evening! I highly recommend this gem to anyone who wants a medium prices hotel with local charm!

This boutique hotel is located right in the heart of Palermo (our favorite neighborhood in Buenos Aires), and is a real gem!! We hadn’t originally intended to stay here since we had rented an apartment for our month-long visit, but the AC in our rented apartment broke and we needed an emergency room for the night. This place turned out to be amazing. Our room was large and overlooked a really cute courtyard with a swimming pool and beautiful plantings. We enjoyed a very serene afternoon by the pool, and also enjoyed a terrific breakfast in the morning. The hotel is also in easy walking distance to the best restaurants in Buenos Aires, including Don Julio (our fav steak restaurant). We didn’t use the other spa facilities, but they looked great. The real draw of this place is the staff. They’re EXCELLENT!! The desk staff all speak fluent English, and they all went out of their way to make sure we were well taken care of. We can’t say enough good things about Florencia, the manager. She was amazing, as well as the rest of her team. We would most definitely stay here again any time!

My stay at the hotel was really good and I enjoyed it a lot. The staff is really friendly, thoughtful and were always willing to help us! Breakfast was amazingly good - even for a vegetarian guest like me. Pool and sauna were really good as well. The location of the hotel itself is amazing, near really good restaurants and bars - and also supermarkets, drugstores, and subway stations. It was my fifth time in Buenos Aires and Duque Hotel was definitely the best place I stayed! I will surely recommend the hotel to my friends and family!
