I enjoyed my stay at 5411 Soho Hotel. In my opinion, it is in the most beautiful part of Buenos Aires in Palermo Viejo with its tree-lined streets, boutiques, cafés, restaurants and bars. The staff were always very friendly and helpful and I was pleased that the lovely Alexa, who checked me in, was able to speak English. The room...

Excellent Staff service, but building is old no elevator. Pool is tiny more like a kids paddle pool and no room for sun loungers just a few chairs. Rooms are in need of redecoration and in poor state. Bed Duvet and cushions were stained and did not look clean need replacing. Breakfast was good and staff were very helpful.

Good morning, Thank you for your comment. You can see that it does not says that we have an elevator in any website since it is a small hotel and it has a small pool with a small patio for sun loungers. About the rooms we are making the necessary changes for a great stay. Hope to see you again....

This is a very friendly hotel in a perfect location in the middle of Palermo. I find the black decor in the rooms a bit depressing and not hip as they were probably intended. A small dipping pool for cooling your feet after a day of shopping, but not for swimming. Decent breakfast

Soho hotel is really calm and nice place. The staff is very friendly and professional. The only critics is that double bed is composed of two pieces, not really comfortable...the spa facilities are available but not included in the price of the stay. So pay attention, because sometimes it is included!

Excellent location close to many bars, restaurants, weekend markets and cafes. My room was very nice. Came with a nice spa bath which came in handy before my flights. Staff were very friendly. Id love to come back one day. Only disappointment was the wifi didn't work so good in my room.

the staff wasn't welcoming, charged us 50usd per night for an extra person in the room (we booked for 5 people 2 rooms in their hotel with the deluxe suite having 2 queen beds). Rooms were dark and humid, decoration was cheap. On top of that the pool is not usable, not clean. I don't recommend this hotel at all.

If you are looking for a 5 star boutique, then this is not the place for you. If you are looking for an affordable, comfortable, well located boutique hotel then try here. The staff was amazingly friendly and aside from some TLC, i.e. a fresh paint job, replace some lights, we enjoyed our stay. We had a room with a...

Despite the renovation, our stay was pleasent. People behind the desk are over helpful, especially Arianna. And the complementary glass of wine was superb (big and tasty) =) The hotel is very well placed, middle of everything (in SoHo).

We stayed at the Plaza for one night and it was well suited to our short stay and very early morning departure to the nearby domestic airport. The desk was open 24 hours and staff were very friendly, amazingly helpful and spoke good English. Our rooms had all we needed for our short stay. A nearby local square provided many...

Staying in Palermo

Neighbourhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
