Detailed Reviews
The hotel is modern and classy and the service overall was very good. We arrived before check in time after a long flight from London and were fortunate that by noon, our room, an Executive King, was ready so we were able to shower, unpack and start exploring the area. The hotel is in upmarket Recoleta and surrounded by all the top stores but if you want to have a drink, sat outside in the sun or shade, the nearest bars/restaurants with outside seating appear to be opposite Recoleta cemetery which is a fifteen minutes' walk away, unless you want to sit by the hotel's pool. Our room 606 was at the back of the hotel so didn't have a view but was very quiet and the balcony, with two comfortable chairs and a table had the afternoon sun so very pleasant for a glass or two of wine. The room itself was very large, with a separate sitting area, spacious work area and excellent bathroom with separate shower and bath, so full marks on that score. Wifi was free and efficient and two bottles of water are delivered each day at turndown. The downstairs bar is nice enough with friendly bar tenders but personally, after our experience, I would give 'Negresco Bistro' a miss for dinner. We had an excellent and memorable steak however at 'Aries Criollos' which is a five minutes' walk away - out of the hotel, turn left then when hitting Santa Fe, turn right and the restaurant is almost immediately on the left. When we return to Buenos Aires in three weeks' time, we are staying in a different part of the city however, I was happy with the Palladium MGallery on many fronts and am pleased I paid more to have the executive room as it gave us space and a degree of luxury during our short visit. Breakfast at the hotel is varied and very good and the coffee drinkable. There is a wide range of fresh fruit and yoghurts, sweet pastries if that is your thing, a wide range of savoury items both hot and cold and the normal cereals, juices etc. You certainly won't go hungry at breakfast. However, the hotel needs to take note that it is the small things that elevate it from a 4* rating to 5* and really mark a hotel out as a 5* property. Only giving two coffee machine capsules per room per day and then charging 2 US dollars for each additional capsule is a little tacky, particularly when paying £200 a night for a room. Similarly, when putting the bath towels on the floor, clearly because we wanted them changing, I don't expect to simply have them picked off the floor and hung back up for re-use when they are wet and mixed up; or not replacing a clearly empty shower gel container so that I had to shower using shampoo the next morning! Small things I know in the overall picture but................

The Palladio is an exceptionally fine hotel with a superb staff. Quality is apparent throughout. The rooms are large, very well equipped, comfortable and often come with a balcony overlooking a charming, leafy park.
The hotel, splendidly managed under the M Gallery brand, does its Sofitel connection especially proud. Its staff throughout is not only accommodating, efficient and eager to please, but also one of the friendliest anywhere.
Palladio, newly opened in 2018, is so comfortable that we make it our home in Buenos Aires. We came last year for a week, stayed six and then came back this year for eight to wander and enjoy this interesting neighborhood and beautiful city.
Buenos Aires is a gracious city with much to offer from a weekend Feria de Recoleta with real arts and crafts to a wide array of museums, musical entertainments and restaurants to suit most interests and pocket books. Our list of things done and to do gets longer every year.
When we need a suggestion, Palladio's concierge and desk staff have good ideas, its doormen are quick with a taxi and we move around and across town with ease perhaps heading for a late lunch with travelers met at the bountiful breakfast, a new museum exhibit or a post prandial gelato stroll.
We look forward to every opportunity to return.
Over decades we have found Americans are less familiar with the good brands of other regions. Accor, the formidable French chain, is one of them. We have had decades of wonderful experiences in a range of its brands abroad.
Palladio is an excellent addition.

I just had one of the best experiences of my life at Palladio MGallery Hotel! This was my very first trip to Buenos Aires. When I say that Palladio rolled out the “red carpet” treatment, they truly did. Upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly doormen. When checking in at the front desk, Osvaldo informed me that I received an upgrade from my original executive suite to a top floor suite facing the park. Addtionally, daily breakfast was added complimentary. Due to the fact that I was an Expedia VIP member I also received a 20% discount on purchases with the hotel.
The hotel was perfectly located, as it is in the Recoleta area, near the city center. There were plenty of transporations options available in a short walking distance (Subte, colectivo, etc.)
The hotel was emaculate, modern, and very clean. Daily room service included a complete refreshing of bed linen, towels, and bottled water. The hotel had a restuarant, complete gym, plunge swiming pool and two bars. The food in the restaurant was top tier. It was so easy to make friends and speak with the employees, as they were so friendly. Giovanny, the main bartender during my stay, was a true artist with his mixology capabilities. Damian, one of the many friendly doormen, always greeted me with a smile. Diego at the concierge was phemonal with daily accomodatiions and questions.
In all, I wholeheartedly recommend stayign at Palladio MGallery Hotel. It was a true 5-star experience. My stay here completed my amazing stay in Buenos Aires.

+1
This newish hotel just 2 Blocks from Santa Fe Avenue is a luxury retreat. The minute you walk into the bright spacious lobby you feel at home. The bar and restaurant are both located at the back of the lobby area. There is also a small day time bar on the 11th floor with the pool. We had a fantastic suite with a balcony overlooking the park opposite the hotel. The room had everything you could need. Tea /coffee mini bar safe and lovely toiletries. All the staff from check in to housekeeping made us feel very welcome and valued. The Extra touches provided due to our Accor loyalty was very much appreciated. The concierge can help with information and advice for all your tours and activities around the city.

After several google searches to find a nice play to stay for 2 days in Buenos Aires I settled on the Palladio after reading numerous positive reviews and I was not disappointed. The hotel is well located in the stunning Recoleta neighbourhood with friendly and professional staff who looked after all our needs from start to finish and everything you would expect of a 4 - 5* hotel. Our bedroom was comfortable and spacious catering for the modern traveller with multiple power points, an easy to use safe and all the amenities you would usually expect. The bathroom was roomy and the shower was excellent. Someone quite clearly thought about everything when it came to designing the room and what a guest would want in this day and age. The breakfast selection was excellent and everything tasted fresh with something for everyone. I would definitely stay here again and could not recommend this hotel enough. Many thanks for the fabulous hospitality.

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel after an amazing cruise and from the ship we contacted the Concierge with questions and request. They went over and above to answer any question and request. Bravo!!
Diego the Concierge was fantastic and was able to assist with arrangements for day trip to Iguazu Falls that cost 40% of what the Celebrity cruise line cost was. This is a top rated hotel in all parts: Location, Room, maintenance, quality of food, comfortable, and great service. Best value for the money!!
Amazing breakfast and excellent food in the restaurant.

This hotel is really well situated, close to the Subway and bus stops that will bring you to all tourist spots. Additionally, one can easily and safely walk to the Colon theater and the obelisc (~15min). Breakfast has a lot of variety and dinner dishes are exquisite. To round it all up, the staff is always smiling and helpful.

Stayed here alone attending a wedding in Argentina
Hotel was very clean and safe, staff were very helpful and went above and beyond. Thank you to the room cleaners who had organised all my make up and jewellery into little baskets when I returned to my room after the wedding. It’s the little things that make all the difference to a hotel stay.
Fabulous location , would definitely stay again.

Hotel rooms are nicely decorated with a welcomed Nespresso coffee machine & some tea bags. The hotel seems brand new and clean. However the personnel at the evening check in definitively needs more training on how to make guests welcomed. Our check in took over 15 minutes, and we were the only ones at the line. Not a pleasant experience and not even an apology. The room that I got (and this should apply to all rooms ending with 04) was too small for the price with a back view. I asked a room with a view to the park and they told me these are rooms of another “category”, without even offering an upgrade. Next time I will stay at my regular hotel in Puerto Madero where I know feel welcomed.

Dear Mr. pablogux, Thank you for choosing Palladio Hotel for your stay in Buenos Aires. It’s always great to hear what guests think about their experiences, it helps us to improve upon the service we provide. First of all, we would like to offer you our most sincere apologies for your dissatisfaction regarding the room assigned; but please let me explain you that your reservation was made in a standard room, we failed not offering you a bigger room with view, being that most of our rooms, 80%, have 50m2, but we had no more Deluxe Suites with king bed available that day, we apologize for that. Concerning your comment about the Front Desk, we apologize for the delay at the check in, our goal is to deliver the most memorable guest experience possible so I will share your comment with the appropriate managers. Mr. pablogux, we hope you could give us a new opportunity to receive you in our Hotel in the future and balance this experience. Certainly, your comfort and satisfaction with our service is of outmost concern to us and we will positively commit our best efforts to enhance any new stay, in order to exceed your expectations and guarantee your satisfaction. Please do not doubt to contact us for any further assistance or information we may provide. We remain at your entire disposal to receive your comments. I ended up staying at this hotel during the Covid-19 lockdown for 1.5 days whilst trying to get a flight home after my booked hotel refused to check me in. Initially I found the staff a bit rude, but as this was all as restrictions and lockdowns were beginning I'm sure they were as unsettled as the rest of us. By the time I left early the next evening my opinion had changed. As we were not allowed to leave our rooms, I cannot comment on the extra facilities of the hotel. However, my room was large, spacious and included a coffee machine. My bathroom was huge with very good water pressure. The bed was comfortable and my room had a balcony so I could allow some fresh air in. We couldn't eat in the restaurant, but could access the same menu to be brought as room service, and my dinner and breakfast were both very large and delicious meals. Beyond the morning when I checked in, I found the staff friendly and compassionate at an unsure time. I'm sure if I'd been able to access the pool etc, that I would probably have given 5 stars.
