The room was really big and fresh. Bathtubs and a big shower with nice amenities. The front desk staff was really good. The breakfast was nice, but I would like a few more options for eggs. Great cappuccino. The location was nice and it felt like a safe area. Some good restaurants close by.
We have just returned from an extremely challenging family holiday. First of all, our flight was delayed for a full 24 hrs and rebooking for the next one was a nightmare. When we did catch our flights BA proceeded to lose our bags after assuring us that we would have them. So after 48 hrs of wearing the same clothes we were stuck for a further 48 hrs without our luggage. The icing on the cake was testing positive for Covid right before our planned trip to Uruguay. After two years of very carefully avoiding infection. We then proceeded to spend several unplanned days at Palladio MGallery. None of us wants to find ourselves in the position of having a much anticipated trip ruined by circumstances beyond our control. It could've been a truly horrendous situation were it not for the kindness and professionalism of the team at the Palladio. A special thanks to Diego - who was the best concierge we've ever had the good fortune to meet - along with Valentina, Carolina, Marcella and Alejandro. And the lovely Tomas who took our bags to our room. And apologies to all those whose names I am forgetting. Messages sent prior to our arrival were answered quickly and clearly. Nothing was ever too much trouble. When we did arrive we were made to feel incredibly welcome. Given a lovely room with a wonderful view of the park across the road, and shown a lot of kindness. We were smelly, tired and not feeling 100%. I thought I was suffering from awful hayfever. Diego helped check on our missing baggage, arranged a wonderful tour guide (Dario was superb and will forever hold a place in our hearts), organised PCR testing for us, went shopping to get us some home comforts during our confinement at the hotel. He and the rest of the Palladio team were extraordinary. They showed us the very best of Argentinian hospitality and were wonderful representatives for their brand. The breakfast was delicious with wonderful choice and variety. The pool was a great source of pleasure for our 11&12 yr old sons when they were able to use it. The whole team brightened up a very bad experience for us. The hotel truly deserves its 5 star status. It is elegant and understated and enjoys a good location. We hope to return for a healthy visit to Buenos Aires sometime in the not-too-distant future! We wholeheartedly recommend the Palladio MGallery. What a wonderful team - full of warmth and welcome. Thank you all.…
Great location. Friendly staff always ready to help with recommendations. Modern facilities. Excellent breakfast. Nice pool on the rooftop. In the heart of the city. Couldn’t ask for a better place to spend a few days in Buenos Aires.
Our stay at the Palladia M Gallery hotel was perfect! The staff was wonderful, courteous and friendly. Our concierge Diego went above and beyond to assist and make sure our stay was amazing. We had champagne waiting for us with a hand written note upon arrival in our room. We spent weeks via email and WhatsApp with him discussing dinner reservations and activities in the city. He was more than accommodating and exceeded our expectations.
Absolutely the best experience, in terms of everything. A no brainer - do not hesitate to book this hotel if you’re headed to Buenos Aires! People were extremely kind, breakfast and food in general top notch, location wise excellent as well. Rooms spacious and beautiful!
