Good location in Soho Palermo. Staff is friendly and super helpful. Very basic it is like staying with relatives I was given a key yo the front door and that was the last I saw of the staff. The price is right. I arrived late on a Sunday afternoon and left 3:45 am the next morning.
Spent a very pleasant week here while working at the nearby CONICET headquarters. Very much a boutique hotel, quite quirky and eccentric in appearance, not showy burt very pleasant. All rooms distinctive, comfortable, have aircon which will be good in the summer, and wifi. Welcoming and helpful with things like advice and taxi bookings. Inclusive continental breakfast, which starts a little late in the morning (0830). Easy walking distance of many of the sights in Palermo.
We stayed here in March 2019 and enjoyed the colorful warmth and relaxed atmosphere of this hotel. It was in a vibrant neighborhood and provided us with a good base from which to explore Buenos Aires on foot and by cab. The breakfasts were wonderful, and the homemade jams they serve are legendary for a reason!
We stayed here 4 nights in total over 2 separate stays. We were greeted with real friendliness and warmth on our arrival and throughout both stays. The staff that we met were so helpful and kind that they alone would make you want to return! Firstly, we stayed in a room at the front of the hotel. It was a triple and so we had plenty of space. The room was clean, comfortable and full of character (like the rest of the hotel in general). We did need ear plugs as, being a weekend, there was quite a bit of noise in the street. During our second stay, we were given a room towards the back on the first floor. This was somewhat smaller (the bathroom awkwardly designed) and without the safe or TV of the previous room. Otherwise, it was comfortable and much quieter. The breakfast was great - delicious homemade jams and a selection of breads and pastries, fruit etc. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here.…
This is a really quirky hotel - full of character, very shabby chic. My room was very comfortable - a tad worn in places but good. Breakfast was solid, had plenty of choices and very tasty. Service was pleasant - couldn’t fault it. Location is perfect.
