I think Nuss is a very good hotel. It is very QUIET and you can walk to lots of restaurants. The staff members are nice and helpful and the hotel is clean.
Breakfast is included. The kitchen staff will make eggs for you or a latte. Also, there are pastries, yogurt, fruit, etc., as one would see in a European hotel.

Our room (25) has a charming balcony, and I spent my down time sitting out there. Sycamore trees hang over the balcony and shade it. I also took the elevator up to the terrace, where they have nice chairs and a pool. It was quite pleasant.

The hairdryer was powerful, which is always a plus. Not real fond of the European style shower where half of it is open, but you can’t have everything. It seem that style of bath is standard in Argentina.

Their electrical sockets were nice as they handle different styles of plugs. I didn’t have to use my adapter.

In conclusion, Nuss is a lovely hotel and I would stay here again if I were to return to Buenos Aires.

We had a wonderful 4 day stay at the Hotel Nuss. The location in Palermo Soho is great! It's such a fun area and very walkable to shops, bars and restaurants (including Don Julio). The front desk staff is amazing!! Many thanks to Victoria and Juan Manuel who responded to my many emails before we arrived and were so helpful arranging cars to and from the airport as well as a guided tour of BA during our visit. The breakfast buffet was very nice. We also loved relaxing on the rooftop deck/plunge pool area in the afternoons after a full day of sightseeing. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed here for 4 nights, checking out earlier today.
Overall, we have no complaints. The staff, particularly on reception are friendly and helpful. Aside from eggs, there is no cooked food at breakfast, but there is a very good variety of fruit, cereal, ham, cheese, croissants etc on offer. As well as juices and hot drinks. The dining area/bar is nicely decorated and has a pleasant ambience.
Our room was a decent size and had all the usual facilities, including a very comfortable bed. The bathroom, although spacious, is a little dated and the shower really needs an overhaul.
The rooftop pool area was always very quiet and a nice space to relax for an hour in the late afternoon.
The hotel is in an excellent location, close to a variety of shops, cafes, restaurants etc. Within reasonable walking distance of many points of interest, and a very attractive, leafy area.

Lovely boutique hotel where I stayed two nights while en route to Patagonia. The neighborhood was excellent, young vibe, very safe. The room was spacious with large bathroom. I really enjoyed breakfast with the fresh honey comb and fried eggs!

This hotel is in a great location in the buzzy area of Palermo Soho. Comfortable and well appointed rooms, good breakfast and very helpful and friendly staff (particular thanks to Ignacio, Emiliano, and Victoria). We stayed here a couple of times during our Argentine trip and the second time, they all remembered us and greeted us like old friends. A real home from home.

Very well located, one block from closing square. Many options are from places to eat just steps away. Friendly attention. Comfortable and clean room just like all facilities. Varied breakfast with option to make scrambled eggs or omelettes at the moment.

Lovely hotel, my Palermo favorite. Perfect location, such a friendly staff and the deluxe room was superb. Quality in all details.
Also loved the spacious terrasse. The tiny pool is more a decoration than a pool to swim in, but its nice to have your feet in.
Also the breakfast was very nice.

If you are deaf and want a hotel in the heart of Palermo, then this might be the place for you to stay. If you value your sleep then STAY WELL CLEAR of this modern hotel which shakes to the din from local restaurants. Sleep is impossible. As I write this review at 1.30 pm my windows literally shake to the noise from local restaurants and bars. It is a hell hole on earth, to which I have been consigned thanks to some previous sin of which I am unaware but truly repent.
