Only 4 blocks from Plaza Serrano, 7 blocks from Avenida Santa Fe and the subway station for line D. Surrounded by fantastic restaurants, bars and boutiques and close to many bus routes. This is a fantastic option for accommodation in Buenos Aires. All linen is egyptian cotton with large super soft bath towels also provided. The whole feel of the property is very relaxed. We just want people to enjoy a home away from home when they come and stay with us. We have 4 large double bedrooms all with private bathrooms and free Internet, our large sunny terrace offers ample space for you to relax. Our rooftop includes a fridge which is considered as a mini bar.

Orlando runs this place on his own and was super helpful and always responsive from the time of reservation. He's a big foodie and his restaurant list was definitely a stand-out! The room was very spacious and quiet with great air-conditioning. The Palermo Soho neighborhood is unbeatable - safe, convenient and lots of must-visit restaurants within walking distance. Breakfast on the roof terrace with the sun shining is the most relaxing way to start your day. 100% will return to stay again.

This was our first stop in Argentina. Orlando was there to greet us when the taxi arrived, helped us upstairs with our luggage (remembering we are old). Orlando helped us with orientation, maps and all sorts of advice in good English (as our Spanish was almost non-existent). Breakfast upstairs was good, and he sat and talked with us during the meal. I would thoroughly recommend the Abode for the inexperienced newcomer to Argentina. The bed was very comfortable, and the pillows (always a bone of contention) were good. Hot water was fine too in the bathroom.

Great visit to Buenos Aires all enhanced by our stay with Orlando. He facilitated our arrival initially for one night, allowed us to store our luggage for our return visit after visiting Iguazu Falls. What a visit we had!! Orlando was welcoming, kind and very generous with his time and advice. It happened that we were in Buenos Aires for the world cup final....what an experience we had. Orlando was on hand to advise where to watch the match and it was one of the highlights of our South American trip. A once in a lifetime experience!

Orlando was an excellent host. He arranged taxis as needed to/from the airports, met us when we arrived, and bid farewell when we left. Provided an excellent breakfast and advice/conversation. His BnB was one of the best experiences during our month-long South American vacation.

Excellent doesn't begin to describe our experience at Abode. Orlando has thoroughly thought through his BnB experience and I would without hesitation stay here again. The room was clean and much larger than expected (Red room) and the breakfasts on the roof top terrace every day were always something to look forward to. The location is perfect - not too noisy at night as it's two blocks off of the main night life area in Palermo and during the day it's absolutely quiet. Excellent public transportation access as well (buses and subway). Orlando's recommendations from exchanging money to restaurants to transportation were all spot on. Orlando is hands down one of the best hosts I've had. You really must stay here.

Orlando was a super host when we visited at the end of November. He gave us loads of advice on things to do, was very easily contactable throughout our stay and made a lovely breakfast every morning. The accommodation was spacious and comfortable and in an amazing part of town. Would highly recommend staying here!

Excellent service provided by the owner Orlando. He definitely goes above and beyond to assist the guests. Really enjoyable place to base your stay in BA and Palermo has a lot to offer. Stay here if you want a quiet place with great service and awesome breakfast.

This place is in a perfect location close to some of the best bars, restaurants and shops in Buenos Aires. It's comfortable, clean, well-taken care of with a magical rooftop where the sunlight hits just perfectly at sunset. The breakfast was amazing and in such a beautiful part of the property. Orlando is a wonderful attentive host. I can't recommend this place enough.

We just returned from a beautiful week at Abode Buenos Aires. We chose the "Red Room". It was very spacious with a separate living area. The queen bed was just shy of an American king, so don't worry (like I did..lol) Orlando is the owner and lives downstairs...so it's like you have a24 hour concierge on call. In fact if you are out on the town and have a question (restaurant, museum, subway stop) Orlando is very attentive and prompt in getting back to you through WhatsApp. The Abode also has a lovely rooftop where breakfast is served. As it was a bit chilly while we were there, we didn't get to experience it as much. Each morning he makes coffee, fresh squeezed orange juice, croissants, yogurt, and will make eggs if you desire. The location, however, is the key. it's exactly in Palermo Soho, within easy (3-5 minutes) walking distance of many restaurants, cash exchanges, and cafés. I very much enjoyed my stays at Orlando's Abode, which quickly became my stopover in BA between several trips to the country. Best neighbourhood, nice big and clean rooms, great breakfast on the terrace. I particularly appreciated Orlando's responsiveness and his precious tips.
