Stayed family room was for three, but bath accessories only for two people. The staff was friendly, the check in was quick no problems. The hotel is very old but clean. For breakfast, did not go can not say anything, had breakfast on a nearby street in a pizzeria.

Dollar for dollar this hotel is excellent. Nothing flash but the bed is comfortable, there is plenty of hot water and the air conditioning works well. I have stayed there countless times over many years and always come back. There is also a safe in the room.

A very nice 3-star hotel. Rooms are well furnished and very clean. Bathroom is not very spacious, but is also clean and saw to our needs. Location is great: one minute walk from the underground (Subte) e maybe ten minutes from the Obelisc. A continental breakfast is included: types of bread with butter/jam, cheese, ham, croissants, cakes, fruit juice and hot beverages. Do not expect an american or full english, though.

Staff is very nice, One minute from the underground. The rooms are clean and small. TV is an old Panasonic, but works fine. Don`t expect a great breakfast, although it is very reasonable for the price. Wi-fi on each floor. Excellent for tourists whose prefer to expend their money on sightseeing this beautiful city, instead of staying indoors.

First of all, hotel room was not cleaned properly upon check in. Found hair all over the bathroom floor and a box of condoms sitting out. Went out to dinner with my girlfriend one night and when we returned the bedding was not how we left it. It was clear someone had been in our room and enjoyed the small double bed. Am also confident the hotel staff went into my luggage and took my nice leather shoes out of the bottom of my luggage. Staff was unhelpful also. When asking several questions, we received several "I don't know's." Being a hotel I expect for the hotel staff to go out of their way to look up information when they do not know. Not sit there and continue using facebook.

I'm cheking out of this hotel right now! Last night I went out to grab a bite to eat around 10 pm. When I got back to my room, the first thing I noticed was that the room was not how I left it. I immediately checked my luggage and there were things removed from my luggage and a pack of snack I had brought from the US was opened. So far it doesn't seem that anything was stolen, but I'm not comfortable staying here knowing that someone entered my room while I was gone and went through my belongings. I spoke with the front desk last night and they gave me the excuse that it was probably room service. I pointed out to them that it was 10 o'clock at night, this is not the type of hotel that provides turn down service, and that the room wasn't even cleaned. So I was told to speak with the manager this morning. This morning I explained to the manager what happened and that I would be checking out of my room right away and for them to refund me the remaining days of my booking. I was told that they would investigate, but unfortunately they have no way of giving refunds! I told them it was up to them, they either charge me just for the one night I stayed here or I'll go to my credit card and get them to stop the whole payment.

For $55 a night, this place is exactly what you would expect. The one outstanding part of this place is the guys that work at the desk in the morning. They speak great English and will answer all of your questions and help you with whatever you need. The hotel itself is decent, and exactly what you would expect (maybe a little more) from a $55 a night place. The maid service is prompt and they do a good job, I think more than once a day. The street is noisy, but the A/C, which is controlled by the front desk, helps drowned out some of the noise. One night the hotel had a few random blackouts, not sure what was up with that, but it happened in the middle of the night and was no big deal. The breakfast was decent as well. Overall, I was happy with this hotel, especially at the price.

Location a big plus - close to the major attractions in Buenos Aires. The on/off switch for the air conditioning is located at reception – it is either on or off. There is no temperature control/setting. So if it gets too cold (or hot) at night, you will have to call the reception and ask them to turn off (or on) the air conditioning. Room is clean. Breakfast choice was very limited. I was disappointed as I was expecting a hot buffet breakfast (as indicated during booking with an online travel website) but they only had juice, bread, cereals, fruits and some cold meats.

The hotel is located between the Avenue of July 9 and the Congress House in the longest street of the world. Metro station nearby. Nice area with good shopping, eating facilities, cheap restaurants. Not the best hotel ever but good value for money. Elevator available, really friendly people, good service.
