I just have to echo what everyone else has said about The Glu. The customer service is unlike any other hotel I have ever been to. They greeted us by our names from the moment we walked in for the first time and every time after. With it being such a small hotel, they seem to remember everything about everyone...

I've been to this hotel twice and would recommend it anyone. It has just 11 rooms in total, so it is some kind of a family hotel. It is not a state-of-art hotel, some things in rooms are quite old but kindness and hospitality of the personnel make this hotel the best hotel I ever stayted at (and I saw...

Located in Palemo Soho, this cozy and friendly B&B was a wonderful find. The staff was super helpful as we both planned our trip, and explored the city. The rooms were large and light, and, to our surprise, breakfast was brought to our room!

We stayed two nights at the Glu and would recommend it to anyone. It is a charming, boutique hotel located in Palermo Soho. The location and neighborhood are perfect, with lots of shops, restaurants, and bars within immediate proximity. The staff is incredible, so friendly and helpful. Alejandra in particular made us feel so welcome. She was able to give...

We stayed at this lovely boutique hotel for 4 days and loved every minute of it. As others have stated, the customer service is really what makes it so great. The staff took time to listen to us and meet our every need, recommending restaurants and even a local milonga where we learned how to tango. Their bubbly personalities and...

Hotel located in a great area of BA (a bit Soho-Greenwich Village), but the most outstanding factor was the quality of the staff. Not only were they friendly and their English excellent, but they essentially curated our stay, recommending bars, restaurants, shopping and attractions to prioritise in the time we were there, plus arranging transfers to and from the hotel....

Very nice hotel! Just stayed 1 night but would have been a great place to stay for multiple days. Staff went out of their way to make me comfortable. Free breakfast was very good as well. Restaurant down the street "The Argentine Experience" is a must!

The customer service truly earns this boutique hotel its 5 starts. Alejandra, Carolina, Diego and Mayumi were truly invested in my experience and offered amazing hospitality (as well as fluent English) throughout my stay. They offered recommendations, arranged dinners and taxi rides, and were ready with genuine smiles every time I passed by. They nicely stored by luggage twice (once...

Simply put, this small hotel in Buenos Aires has the best service I've ever experienced. Better than the Conrad Tokyo, better than the Andaz Maui, better than the Renaissance Denver. I could go on. All of the ladies working during my stay addressed me by name, were attentive without being overbearing and attended to every request I had. I tip...

Staying in Palermo

Neighbourhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
