This boutique hotel is a little gem! ...In the heart of hip Palermo. We arrived and were immediately offered a drink (tea, coffee, water, juices) before checking in and going to our room. The rooms are a nice size with great little balconies to sit out on and enjoy breakfast or a glass of wine. Everything is very carefully and...

The Glu Hotel, and more specifically the employees are simply fantastic. My Spanish is poor, so they have offered generously to help with everything. They secured cabs, gave restaurant advice, remembered my morning drink choice, etc. Seriously you will not find any better service in the world. And the WiFi is good. Enjoy.

These guys were simply the best, most helpful and friendly team you could hope for. I have stayed in far more expensive hotels that have not offered such a fabulous level of welcome. with limited Spanish, they were so helpful in recurring restaurant bookings and providing local advice and assistance. I would book this hotel again in an instant.

Spent a weekend in BA and stayed in the Glu Hotel. The staff was extremely nice and we had a warm welcome. Also we received very helpful hints what to do nearby. Palermo and SoHo is pretty hip and has a great nightlife.

The Glu Hotel is an amazing little place (11 rooms). Since the hotel is so small, we would expect personalized service, but the hotel surpassed our expectations. The staff and the owner made us feel so welcome right from the beginning. We stayed at the hotel for the beginning of our trip throughout Argentina (February 2017) and at the very...

When you walk in the door the staff will make you feel special and that you can forget your worries of the day. The room was very nice and large with great shower, bed etc. The staff did a great job in being helpful with transportation to the airport and giving us information about the neighborhood. You will be happy...

My husband and I stayed at Glu Boutique Hotel for 2 nights towards the end of a month long visit to South America. Everything about our stay was exceptional. We particularly enjoyed the ability to leave our luggage there both prior to check in and after check out, the complimentary room upgrade, the great restaurant and transportation recommendations by Alessandra,...

We stayed at The Glu for 5 nights in late March. The rooms were immaculate and roomy with a modern bathroom and good air conditioning. Noise was never a problem. The Hotel is right off some busy areas for restaurants, bars, and nightlife. Plenty to do with great food all around. We never felt unsafe walking the streets, even late...

I stayed in BA for 6 days and from day 1, it felt like home. The room was huge and comfortable, the bed was amazing, ample breakfast will be delivered right to the door (which I enjoyed on a sunny terrace) and the communal spaces are lovely. The best bit, by far though, was the people. Every staff member went...

The Glu Hotel is a small, boutique hotel located in the Palermo area, near great restaurants, bars, stores, etc. We decided to stay there based on the evaluations here and it was the best decision. I've been to Buenos Aires three times before and I will stay at the Glu every time I get back there. The location is absolutely...

Staying in Palermo

Neighbourhood Profile
Palermo
Best known as the largest neighbourhood in Buenos Aires, Palermo is divided into different quarters, each with its own unique identity. The high-end quarter is Palermo Chico, characterized by magnificent mansions, regal avenues, and exclusive apartment buildings, and home to the Museum of Latin American Art of Buenos Aires (MALBA), a favourite amongst locals. The largest park in the city, the Bosques de Palermo, is Palermo's most famous landmark and a popular destination for nature walks, picnics, rollerblading, and cycling. The scene becomes much trendier in Palermo Soho, a hip area known for its cool cafés and unique design stores, filled with shoppers on weekends; and Palermo Hollywood, renowned for the numerous restaurants, bars and nightclubs, which make it the preferred spot for nights out and special occasions.
