My significant and I decided to take a last minute trip to Argentina, I couldn't express in words how beautiful this country is to see. The hotel we stayed in delivers phenomenal customer service you can ever have in any hotel you will ever visit in the world. Once we arrive, Facundo greets us with a welcoming smile. Then he provided us with a room where you can only appreciate the beauty in person.

He helped us with our bags to our room and stayed offering any additional services we may need while having a friendly smile and welcoming persona even during a week stay in the establishment. While Veronica was another staff member who provided the same decor and service during our morning and evening hours. She reminded our order for breakfast after only being told once. Veronica gave a home vibe to us while we enjoyed our meal before we began our day.

More a young worker who provides exceptional service and comfort to every person that walks through that door. Every day after our day was ending, we always engaged in fun, loving, and exciting conversations before it was time to rest our heads. We talked about just our day and what was next to come for the following day. More smiles and persona lit the customers of Argentina( hot sales will always be on our minds). Lastly, Agustin was staff that provide exceptional service to my boyfriend, and I who just come from a long day. My boyfriend was still hungry he went the extra mile to make a sandwich for him.

This hotel, out of all the hotels I stayed at thus far during my travels, is by far the more phenomenal and sensational experience you will ever have in your lifetime, maybe even the next. The people here deliver astounding service to customers with a smile and persona that can be characterized in the history of hotel customer service.

In this review, we did not do justice the service we were delivered, provided, and given. Thank you for all you do and continue for customers such as my boyfriend and I and all the customers who will feel what we felt during our stay. We will never forget you guys and all you done for us. We will see you soon ( and get more of those " hot sales").

This small property is located in a great neighbourhood with bars, cafes and restaurants a plenty as well as it being and feeling very safe. The small number of staff are very nice and as helpful as possible. Where the property falls short is room size and quality. The rooms are very small with only a tiny desk and 1 chair for 2 persons. With 2 people it felt cramped with luggage at times and the room safes need an upgrade and perhaps the bathrooms are close to that need to refit them some time soon. They use general refillable soap and shampoo dispensers in the bathrooms which felt more cheap than boutique. Overall set in a great neighbourhood but room quality lets it down a little. Breakfast is full service good portions but limited choice. Taxis are plentiful and very cheap to get to all the local attractions. The restaurant seating indoors and in the courtyard we found fairly uncomfortable. There are few options to stay in this niche neighbourhood and the location for local food and drinks is great.

We booked 'Miravida Soho Hotel and Wine Bar' for our two days' return visit to Buenos Aires. We wanted to experience the buzzing neighbourhood of Soho in Palermo. We were here on a Sunday and loved just mooching around the neighbourhood bars next to the Sunday market and soaking up the atmosphere. This hotel provided character just as we wanted. It is quirky with individual rooms. We booked Room 4 with a private terrace where we could sit with a glass of wine - it was a great choice. The bed was comfortable, the room, once the balcony is taken into account, quite spacious and the bathroom very good with an excellent shower. The staff, without exception were brilliant and went out of their way to be helpful, informative and generally very friendly. The breakfast which is prepared personally for each guest was the best I had received in South America, the scrambled egg with bacon and sauteed vegetables was simply delicious. The air conditioning is efficient, there was no problem in running off my boarding passes and in fact, nothing appeared to be a problem for the staff. If returning to Buenos Aires, 'Miravida Soho Hotel and Wine Bar' would be high on our list for a repeat visit and all at a reasonable price for the quality we received.

We stayed her two nights prior to our cruise inc Rio Carnival.
This 6 bedroomed hotel is in a safe area.
The front office ladies spoke fluent english and were on hand to point out local landmarks, ordering taxis etc.
a welcome drink was provided before check-in and our room featured a small balcony overlooking the breakfast courtyard.Although the room was small, the bed was comfortable and the air con was efficient.
We used local black/yellow taxis to and from local restaurants ( ordered by hotel ) as cost was under £3 each time.
Breakfast was taken either in the bar area or the courtyard and was excellent.

On departure, the hotel ordered a private taxi to the port costing $30.

Miravida Soho Hotel & Wine Bar is an exceptional hotel with good rooms, we stayed in the multi level penthouse which has an outdoor terrace. The management are welcoming and helpful and the hotel offers wine tastings which are popular with other travellers. This is a relaxed environment which is safe and has great restaurants at and night life close by. It operates 24 hours and service is of a high standard.

We had a reservation to stay for three nights later in March but because the Argentine government decided to close its borders early, we were scrambling for a place for just one night before we boarded our flight out of Argentina. The staff at Miravida (Rocio especially) were very helpful and communicative and allowed us to fully cancel our three day reservation and also put us in the "penthouse" for our one night at a reduced rate. Beyond the matter of the wonderful staff (who also recommended a great place for lunch: El Preferido), the hotel itself is charming and the rooms are nicely decorated with comfy beds, many of which also have balconies. This is a very small hotel with just 7 rooms. The breakfast was excellent and served in their indoor patio which was very inviting. I highly recommend this hotel.

I lived for many years in Palermo Soho and was always intrigued by the hotel. I finally had the chance to try it as I had an overnight stopover in Buenos Aires and I got a very good price. I arrived around midnight at the hotel and was imagining to get a glass of wine before bedtime, staying in a Wine boutique hotel. I was received by a young chap, who wanted to charge me upfront and warned me that I would have to leave the room at 11-00 am. He helped me to get into the room, which was very nice and clean. I hate air condition, but the heating was only circulating via a A/C split and for my taste too noisy. The TV was not working or too complicated for me to figure out how to make it work. Very good the bathroom and USB charger. As I did not have dinner (no food being served on domestic flights in Argentina nowadays) I was really looking forward to a nice breakfast, given the reviews I read previously. When I entered the restaurant of the hotel I quickly realized I was the only guest staying at the hotel and I could not believe that I was served an industrial orange juice, a horrible coffee and two stuffy croissants and dry bread. I am not too much into sweet for breakfast, so I asked for eggs, cheese or ham- the only thing I got was butter, so I was literally having bread with butter for breakfast in this luxury boutique hotel. I do understand that the hotel was open for me, but I would have liked to be advised at check in that the breakfast would have been restricted, as I would have gone to another place in the area. Finally I managed to stay in the hotel till 1 pm and the staff got me a taxi to the airport. I did not get a receipt for the stay via Email yet , even though I kindly asked for it.

Sometimes when you travel, things go wrong. And when they do, you want to be in a place like Miravida Soho. My wife and I expected to be there six days in January 2022, but COVID intervened. Shortly before we were scheduled to leave, I got COVID and we were stuck. The Miravida staff was absolutely excellent. They extended our stay at a very steep discount, gave my wife a separate room, also at a discount, and delivered everything I needed to my room so I could maintain my quarantine. After a week, they arranged for a lab to come to the hotel to administer a PCR test, which was negative and we could travel again. In the interim, our rooms were perfect, the beds were exceedingly comfortable, and the various amenities were top notch. But even this does not exhaust what they did for us. During my quarantine, my laptop computer stopped working and the staff at Miravida shipped it back to my office in the States for repair. In every respect and at every juncture, the staff and the hotel was absolutely perfect. Invariably kind, helpful, and gracious. We cannot recommend it highly enough. To top it all off, the neighborhood is great. Filled w terrific restaurants and cafes.

I stayed at the Miravida Soho Hotel on February 17th and 18th in 2022. My room was beautiful; the bed was very comfortable and there were great amenities including cable TV, a nice sound system, a private balcony, and wifi. It had great little touches like electrical outlets with the converters for American-style plugs already there, and multiple USB charging ports. Everything was spotlessly clean, and I had no problem with noise or any other problems with the room.

The breakfast that was included with my room was delicious and included egg options, not just bread and pastries (but you get those, too).

The location is fantastic; if you have never been to BA, you should definitely consider staying in Palermo and, specifically, in Palermo Soho, which is very safe with beautiful streets, public art, street fairs, shops, restaurants and bars. It is also quite close to several very nice public parks, and to public transit. From what I saw of BA, Palermo Soho is either the nicest or one of the nicest areas, and has a very young and hip vibe.

I was traveling alone, and I don't speak Spanish. For me, the best thing about the hotel was the manager, Pamela, who speaks excellent English and was extremely helpful and pleasant. Pamela helped me arrange restaurant reservations, taxis, and even other hotel reservations for nights that the MiraVida Soho was booked.

Can you suggest best way to accommodate five women travelling as group? Prefer to have our own beds each Thanks
Answer from Alejandro M
Berazategui, Argentina
Hi! We have a couple of alternatives. All of our rooms have king or double bed. The Suite has a separate bed with a pull out sofa. If you are willing to share beds, we block two rooms: the suite and the terrace loft. 3 can sleep on the suite and 2 in the terrace loft. Another option would be to book five rooms in which case we will give you our best available rate plus a special discount. Email us and we can coordinate your reservation Your friends at Miravida
