Hiding behind a nondescript door is the cute bed & breakfast Casa I.F. Sergio, one of the owners, was very helpful and friendly, willing to go out of the way for his guests, and very proud of showing off his lovingly restored building. We stayed in a ground-level room on the courtyard, which had a private bath that had to be accessed through the public area. The building echoed a bit (our room had glass in the doors), so if other guests are noisy, it might be a problem. Very conveniently located near trendy shopping, restaurants, and the subte line downtown. Someone was at the front desk 24 hours to let guests in the building, and guests are given keys for their individual rooms. We enjoyed our stay.
