Stay was great. Staff was wonderful, staff was there at any time you needed them. Wi Fi was onlly available in the lobby, very spotty in room.. Location could not be beat. Carpets in the room needed cleaning.
We stayed for 2 nights in January 2020 before taking a cruise to the Antarctic. We arrived early in the morning and the helpful receptionist team chased up to get us our room rather than wait around. It might have been because we got the room early but we had one that faced into the light well with a small window. The room and its facilities were fine and the bathroom large and well equipped but it was a bit gloomy due to lack of light. The continental breakfast was fine and enough to set us up for the day. The reception was a bit on the small side and very busy. It seems this was popular with tours because there was a lot of coming and going and the seats in reception pretty much full. Location was good and walking distance to the Obelisco, tourist buses, main square and parks. There were plenty of eating places nearby. We also booked a tango show at the Ventana which was well worth the money. Also a visit Carmenita is an absolute must. Buenos Aires was not on our bucket list, just a jumping off point for the cruise but we really enjoyed our visit. Overall we had a pleasant stay in a decent well situated hotel which was very good value for money. …
Beautiful room overlooking the Obelisco. The hotel was very clean, small and a welcome change from big impersonal places. Our bathroom had a giant window that opened onto the street below. Great little restaurant on the corner. Very convenient spot with helpful and friendly staff.
A very slick operation, quite busy but staff still had time to help and advise. The area was within easy walking distance of some good sights and we felt very safe. Very good continental breakfast and wifi worked well
Very very good location. The room has enough space for open the luggages and I am very happy to have a balcony in room. From the hotel room balcony, I can see the obelisco, very good view!! Besides, it’s very close, few minutes walk, to one Tango theatre. Great!!!
