Me and my family were invited by friends to stay over here in their hired villa as part of Eid celebrations. The resort is well secured by a stringent screening procedure in place to check whose entering the resort. The resort is deceptively large with two reasonably large pool areas, a private beach area and a number of internal buildings...

We frequent this place, it is perfect for families. They have a kids play pool as well as a pool for adults. The rooms are quite nice with BBQ pits available for ground floor guests. They also have a game centre with billiards, PS, Table tennis and bowling.

The hotel need some renewal in couple of places, however the place is very nice and relaxing, you can have lunch and enjoy the nice view, they have Shisha if you like to smoke, the food quality is alright, and the staff are full with positive attitude.

My friends and I had booked two 3-bed villas last year to celebrate Christmas and New Year. Max number of adults per 3-bed villa is 15, kids (aged 12 and below I think) stay for free. An additional fee per adult is charged at minimal amount in excess of 15, but may depend on how you negotiate with the reception...

The resort at first glance looks excellent...however, it becomes a normal experience as u stay in it. The rooms are ok, furniture not so maintained. It's a very average room set up. Each room has a barbecue facility. The pool and kids pool are good. The service people ask for cash for every service they provide...no signing off to charge...

very old, underdeveloped (owners do not care perhaps) and its interior and exterior furnishing are depressing... curtains and linens are extremely worn out and stained (so as the beds). Replacement tissues are hardly available. The beach is filthy and unswimmable. Early morning, hundreds of crows swarm around and fear that they come just on your head.

A weekend break type of property. It was good at a time but now aged furniture and uphostary is visible. Still a peaceful place. Good for BBQ. Pool is nice. Good about resort is you park along with villa taken. One can really enjoy privacy.

Yes, they are very expensive during holidays. It may cost you around AED 1900 for a single room. No Wifi in the room, very slow check in/out process, pool tiles are worn-out. The only thing that we enjoy was the barbecue facility.

NO WIFI IN THE ROOMS. Breakfast is bad. Only USP is to stay on weekends where you can indulge in lot of activities like pool party, barbecue, beach parties. I noticed one of their Security Managers who wears suits and is fat having unnecessary arguments with the visitors. He seemed little frustrated. On occasions he would come to you and...
