I went here 2 years ago and I didn't find any problems with the hotel.. you get what you pay for.. The staff greeted us on arrival! My friend fell down the steps drunk an they couldn't do enough to help! I went into town one night and on returning had trouble with a cab driver the receptionist sorted it...

Most reviews were terrible and worrying, however once we arrived (1am) we were greeted with drinks and food. Rooms were simple, comfy, clean- what you pay for! Food was tasty, fresh but repetitive although we were there for 2 weeks. Staff were lovely, helpful and went the extra mile (eg: making cocktails for free) If you have kids go to...

Unfortunately we only had an overnight and day stay at the Samdan before being advised by the owner he was shutting the hotel early and he was moving us. In the end we arranged for our tour operator to relocate us. However, our hotel room at the Samdan was unusual in that it was almost like an apartment, the furniture...

We read all the bad reviews on here before we went, so we were prepared for the worst, but it was not as bad as the expectation set. Food was very good and plenty of choice, Several hot dishes, and salad and things too. It made me ashamed to be English when I heard another guest swearing and shouting because...

We were there just for one to visit Pamukkale. Of course is not in Pamukkale but there are some buses to take you directly. But we arrived at 9.30 p.m. and the kitchen was closed althugh we advised for. The breakfast is so poor and the room is more like from the 70's... It doesn't worth the price.

Staff were always helpful - went out of their way to ensure you had a good time. Masood the barman was the jewel in the crown...

Me, my husband, and my fourteen-year-old son arrived at the hotel at 2:30 in the morning. As soon as we arrived our expectations lowered. We were chucked into a dirty room, which they would call "one of the best family rooms". (They must have obviously been blind!) My son had to sleep with us on the bed, which could not...
