It was a long walk from reception to our hotel room which was in another building. Hotel was very large and spread out on a large area. Our room happen to be close to the night club and music went on till 3-4 in the morning. Food was ok but we had better. Rooms were disappointing. Small and very old...

A few surprises for us this summer on a 10 day all-inclusive break. Firstly, not very international --90% local guests (that's absolutely fine, just surprising). Secondly, real problems communicating adequately in English. I kept getting referred to someone else. Thirdly, the entertainment / animation. For a "family hotel", some aspects were downright tacky, if not unacceptable. For example, R&B poolside...

This was a dirty hotel, no housekeeping services were evident and dirty dishes lying in the corridor when we checked in were still there when we checked out 3 days later. The food is bland and unappealing and the dishes and cutlery are not well cleaned. The staff are not well trained in service and are, in fact, inept and...

We were expecting a smart hotel.... staff at reception were very slow & attended to others midway through dealing with us. The suite was spacious & generally fine but the bathroom was pretty shabby with a broken & dirty threshold .On the plus side the shower was powerful with plenty of hot water. Breakfast & lunch buffets were good but...

These condo-like accommodations, something like an apart-hotel, are associated with the Golden Age Hotel in Yalikavak. It’s easy to get the 2 mixed up when searching on-line, but they are very different in almost every way. First, the accommodations. They are listed both on Airbnb and booking.com for roughly the same rate. The pictures on both sites are mostly accurate...

I have to say I'm really happy with my holiday. Of course it wasn't perfect but I would still recommend especially as a family holiday. Bad things about this hotel is the communications. You have to be really lucky to find someone who speaks English. The second thing is the very poor wi fi. Apart from that all good. Good...

First of all I'll try to be honest as I can. Pictures you see on their website or even here are far a way from real thing (I'm talking about pictures with good hotel presentation). I totally disappointed with my holiday, I can't say we haven't relaxed but we haven't received what we been expecting ( we been in other...
