I have to agree with the last reviewer, the pool are was dirty, we spilt a can of fanta orange, it wasn't cleaned up, so attracted ants etc, I have to agree with the mention that MEHMET was the only member of staff who was attentive and this guy would be better off somewhere else he would be much more...

after a fab holiday at the seyir village last year we decided to go back. upon arrival at 2.30 a.m. we were told the room we had paid for was still occupied so we were taken to another room that was only big enough for 2 people, as there was 3 of us we refused the room and was then...

We went back here this year for the 2nd time. The staff were different and that was a bit disappointing because the staff this year (except Elvis) didn't seem as helpful. The rooms were cleaned every day and we were thankful for this. The hotel does need a bit of money spent on it if they want people to return...

Where to start....upon arrival at 1am in the morning they had no booking for us, after waiting in reception for at least 45 minutes while the staff spoke in Turkish to each other without telling us what was happening they finally sorted it. We then went on to buy air conditioning which is obviously a must have. £95 it cost...

Haven't really got the time or energy to do a comprehensive review on this place but I'm genuinely flabbergasted that so many fellow travellers have rated this place so highly! Am I missing something?!!! This place was disgusting. Hisaronu however is lovely, please do yourself a favour and pay that little bit extra for four star like we previously have...

Well what can I say. We loved this hotel. Perfect place to chill and relax. Friendly and attentive staff. Nothing to much trouble. We have booked again for 3weeks this summer and cant wait to meet up with all the returning guests who come year after year. We also have friends and family that came last year with us and...
