The views from Bigehan are great but obviously to be so high up involves that 'hike up the hill'. Not recommended if you have mobility problems but there are loads of taxis around the area. Some rooms have a fridge but some don't so ask Ali or Turkan and if they can they will arrange one. Ali and his staff...

We booked this as a last minute cheap week in Turkey. Delighted with hotel...basic accommodation with a few snags which were promptly fixed when reported. Run by a lovely couple Ali and his wife who went out of their way to make guests feel welcome. Quiet location away from lively Hironisu. Only downside was the steep hill up to the...

We booked the Bigehan based on the reviews on trip advisor since the new owners took over. To say we had a fantastic time would be an understatement and although the hotel rooms are basic and starting to show there age the service was 5 star. Travelling with our children (daughter aged 12 , Son aged 10 we were immediately...

We were very excited about a good deal through Thompson holidays especially seeing good reviews on here about the new owners... Good things: Views are fantastic. Pool is good. Bad things: Arrived at 6.00am from a late flight that departed UK at 9.00pm (so we were tired) only to have to wait over an hour after shouting and babging for...

The Bigehan is in a lovely position beside the mountain with fantastic views. Rooms are simple and clean and the family are delightful nothing is too much trouble for them. The set menu is good value if you cant find the energy to go out. They provide a great turkish breakfast . The only issue is the steep hill up...

My daughter and I are just back from turkey, after spending a week at the Bigehan Hotel. The hotel is run by a fantastic couple who are extremely helpful, friendly and energetic! I admired how the kept going, during the long hours in the heat! The hotel itself is basic, but met our requirements just fine. We didn't go thinking...

We booked this break at the very last minute and were so glad we chose this hotel. The views are really stunning and the sunset very dramatic. Service was second to none, nothing was too much trouble and all the staff were very friendly. Ali and Turcan made a special point to remember all their guests names. Evening meal was...

We booked this hotel based on the last years fantastic reviews and so glad we did. This hotel is now being run by a new family Ali, Turkan and their two children. Lovely quiet hotel with fantastic views. Not for those less mobile but for those prepared to burn off a few pounds walking up the hill well worth it! Breakfast, which is eaten on the pool terrace, is traditional turkish but there is a full menu (at extra cost) if wanted. We didn't sample the evening menu but those that did...

This was my first visit to this hotel but my partner and I loved it. Beautiful views and very peaceful. Ali and his wife (the owners) were so friendly and really made us welcome. We would definitely return to this very reasonably priced oasis.
