Xanadu is not a mongol palace.It's impresive and beatiful resort hotel.We stayed for 3 nights due to a congress(10 th Buhasder)The hospitality was great.The food buffets and the staff were very helpful.We felt ourselves in the ancient Roman in the garden. Meanwhile,Aspendos is very close to Xanadu. We are considering coming again.

The staff are excellent! There attention to detail is superb! Very friendly! Lovely place! Loads to do. Good is very good! Italian restaurant is excellent! And I ordered a special pillow and it was on the bed.

We arrived for a half term break with our kids and stayed for a week. We arrived at 23:30 and were surprised to get something to eat . Staff are the best part of this hotel , they are courteous, responsive and very pleasant . Nothing us too much of a bother . Over the years the hotel has now gone bit dated with the rooms need updating . Wifi could also be better as well as it was very patchy / hit and miss. For a family with kids (11,14) this was really good . Lots of variety of food , rides , pools and a fantastic beach . Kids really had a great time . Natalie on the travel desk is caring warm and a pleasure to deal with . Yulia the manager is also pleasant and ext efficient and gets things sorted for you . DJ rajash was excellent too !! I absolutely love Xanadu resort and it is unbeatable. During the summer it was my 9th stay in the hotel but this time i was disappointed in a few areas. There are many services that do not run in the resort, such as for breakfast the buffet is no longer available outside, which it was in previous years. At around 5pm, there used to be a barbecue style mini buffet in the Xanadu snack bar which was no longer running. In the fancy land there was no longer the FancySnack Restaurant available. Something that i did not like was the attitude of the bartender at the secret garden bar, because when i ordered a drink he acted like he did not want to do it. other than these points, i think xanadu is a remarkable place, even though it is loosing quality each time i visit. There are many great things about this resort, the food is amazing, around the pool, on the beach, and in the buffet. All of the staff are amazing, especially the waiters at the xanadu bar and the silk road restaurants. Xanadu could do with an update in the rooms and en suites.…

Where to begin… as a self-confessed picky couple, we feel as though we are pretty hard to please, but Xanadu exceeded our expectations in all aspects of our holiday. From beginning to end service was outstanding and the hotel was fully equipped to make us feel no need to leave throughout our stay. Our room was in a building off of the main hotel by the secret garden pool. It had a beautiful view and was conveniently located for all areas of the resort. For our whole stay the room was immaculately cleaned and had everything we need … always having a peaceful sleep in the huge bed!!! The cleaning staff were extremely friendly and polite and seemed to get to know our routine - being late risers - usually coming early afternoon. The hotel had all of the amenities we could ask for, from multiple pool areas, to extensive beach areas including an adult only area and pier with bar. We also enjoyed the water slides on offer and felt like we had our own mini water park in the hotel. The entertainment everyday had something for everyone and the evening entertainment, particularly at Xanadu bar was amazing, with live bands on most nights. The food was varied and plentiful. We could eat at all hours and everything was delicious. We especially enjoyed the lunch ‘snacks’ and Italian a la carte which is one of the many restaurants included in the all inclusive. Due to the many pool areas throughout the resort finding a sunbed was never an issue, no matter what time of day. We could go on for hours about how amazing the staff were but we’ll try to keep it brief. Berkay from the entertainment team went above and beyond for us and we like to think of him now as a friend. We could not have asked for a better member of the entertainment team on our holiday. Special mention also to Sumeyye who often accompanied Berkay in the evening, providing great conversation, and helped us to learn some Turkish greetings. I hope we returned the favour as it was lovely to see her developing her English also. Service from waiters across the board was excellent - for example as I’m writing this a waiter refreshed my drink, remembering my order, without me having to ask for it. This was a regular occurrence throughout our stay, but we have to give a special mention to Gazi Turker and Ali who remembered us and our orders throughout our stay, always serving us with a welcoming smile and greeting us throughout our stay. We would 100% recommend anyone wanting a Turkish holiday to visit and we will be looking to bring our family and friends back next year - we are even considering it as a potential wedding venue. Having arrived after midnight, the greeting was very friendly shown were to get something to eat. My wife and I travelled with one of our eleven-year-old granddaughters, the room was quite large with a sea view balcony super king bed and put you up bed which was all very comfortable. During our seven-night stay we managed to book the Mexican, Italian and Turkish restaurant's, which is well worth it for the experience, the choice and standard of food at all food bars and buffets were very good. The whole place is spotless everywhere you the go the pools, beach, gardens all the staff obviously work very hard and are always friendly and helpful. We caught one of the shows which was a magic show which was amazing, but they were plenty live music acts that where all very good. We went into Belek by taxi, for our granddaughter to experience the shopping which she found amazing. Found the onsite shops very expensive, also we could not get a late check out, and shown to a changing area by an indoor pool but there were no towels on hand. We have been meaning to write this. We had a great two weeks stay served as always by great friendly professional staff. Seeing Murat Ray is always a pleasure. Lovely to see Anastasa at the reception is always helpful. We met Merveer at lunch time in the beach bar and were always greeted by a smile and good service. The day of the queens funeral the hotel put on a proctor in the RoseBud bar all day for those who wanted to watch it all or pop in and out Nisa Bostanci popped in at times seeing if anyone wanted drinks she was very professional and respectful thank you both hotel and Nisa also in the lobby bar Nisa she greeted us warmly. Diana and all the customer relations desk are so helpful. Beverley unfortunately needed to see the doctor and they made that experience so easy, Doctor helpful but even with that good service it is not something we want to repeat! Our room was kept lovely and clean topped up with shampoo etc by Ayse Unat. Food in the Buffett in our opinion has improved and is very tasty watch your waistband! Plenty of space and sun loungers no need to get up early to put your towel down. If you want to go into Belek it is just a 15/20 minute taxi ride away and worth it. Sea view main building rooms have great views. We hope the bridge is fixed over the winter ha ha see you next September. …
