Great hotel, with very gentle and helpful service. Everything was clean and in good condition. We liked the most the big, nice rooms and the outdoor bathroom and shower. The outdoor facilities were also very nice and you had a great view for the sunrise and sunset. When we come back to Candidasa, we will definitely choose the Bali Santi-Bungalows again!

The absolute best beach access in Candi a Dasa, if you like a swim in the Ocean. The staff here are excellent and couldn’t do enough to make our stay special. However, if it’s a great pool, then Bali Santi has that too. Steps, into a beautiful infinity pool that is always a wonderful temperature. The rooms are spacious and feature a lovely outdoor bathroom, with ocean views from the verandah. Most importantly, the best mattresses in Bali, for a great nights sleep. The restaurant had a wonderful selection of food and drinks at very reasonable prices. An easy walk into town. We will definitely be back

We booked the 2 bedroom villa with private pool at Bali Santi and we really enjoyed our stay since we have our own private pool. The staff were welcoming and friendly and catered to our needs. There were a few hiccups on our stay though and we would like to share them so that people planning on staying at the same villa can be prepared and the management can do some improvements as well. • There were mosquitoes that managed to get in the villa and noticed that the screen in the toilet was damaged. We brought along a mosquito repellent lotion and must remember to reapply it every 4 -6 hours as the effectiveness wears off. • The kitchen is located away from the sleeping areas so when it was raining, you have to use an umbrella (luckily we brought our own foldable one) to get to the kitchen since the way there was not sheltered. • It was impossible to wash the dishes at the kitchen area since the water for some reason runs hot. • There was no flotation device available, so for those who are not aware and are traveling with kids, this may be a safety issue for them. We always bring one for my son whenever we travel. • There was no phone in the room, so when you want to do room service, you have to walk to the Restaurant and order from there. With all that said, we will still consider staying at Bali Santi again as we enjoyed the experience. It truly felt that we were on vacation – loads of rest and relaxation. …

Set in a small lane but only 2 minutes walk from main road. Nearby are some great eating places, Loaf and Warung Bintang and others we havent tried.The bungalows are a delight, set on two main paths surrounded by beautifully maintained gardens, huge rooms, enormous beds, clean , bright light, outdoor bathroom. The property has a nice wet edge pool overlooking the sea.

Stayed here a few times. Beautiful location and ocean views. The rolling ocean sound is amazing. Great aircon and the bed is amazing. Great staff. Rooms are immaculate. Love this hotel. Will definitely stay each trip to CandiDasa.

We stayed here for 2 nights in a 2 bedroom family ocean view suite. We had our own plunge pool which was fantastic and the temperature refreshing in the hot weather. The main pool was also a great temperature, not too warm or too cold and looked out over the ocean. The room and outside bathroom were very clean. Check in and check out was quick and it was easy to get a car to the Main Street. The hotel is great value for money with beautiful gardens and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again. So relaxing.

I booked a family spa ocean room for the four of us at 100 AUD per night including breakfast for one week so at that price I wasn't expecting too much. What an incredible surprise to find a spacious spotless bungalow with cold air conditioning right on the water. Beautiful helpful staff that served the perfect breakfast everyday. The swimming pool was clean as was our private plunge pool that was looked after everyday. Lunch & dinner is served in the waterfront restaurant daily & it is reasonably priced. We will definitely be back :)

Arrived very late and had great service from front desk. Stayed in 2 room apartment with own pool.Pool was dirty with scum on pool tiles not been cleaned for some time. Filtration system not working properly and staff obviously did not know what to look for to ensure pool was working and clean. Filtration system broke down and took a day to fix little improvement in water quality. No lock on front door to exclude unwanted visitors. Staff in restaurant were amazing could not fault. Cleaning was not done thoroughly bathroom was smelly and uninviting.Slipped and injured wrists due to water on marble tiles first night. Power failure one night - no air conditioning.A dog next door barked most nights and they did nothing to stop the noise.

We stayed there for 1 night. The location and atmosphere is great. Breakfast was by far the best we tried. The room though had a very bad lighting amd it was not clean. If they take cleaning seriously this will be a must place to stay!
