"The Rio Resort served as the ideal setting for our business party. The staff went above and beyond to assist us in gathering our needs. we were very pleased with Rohit and Saham for the lovely talks. We had a fabulous 2 week holiday Our room was lovely overlooking the large pool Cleaned daily with towel change All the friendly staff helped make it a holiday to remember ( that good we have booked for 3 weeks next year)

Best resort in Arpora Goa. Rooms are very clean, bathroom’s are very neat and clean. Well behaved staff, service are good. Food was very tasty also lots of variety in buffet. Specially Kartik who served us very well. Best place for family and friends.

We found a little gem with amazing staff March 2023 We stayed at the resort lagoa Azul in march 2023 for 3 wks we normal stay in bags but wanted a change , I can honestly say we found a little gem, its in a quite spot off the main rd with a few restaurants within walking distance. The staff were amazing big shout out to the reception staff & waiters also the cleaners and the hotel driver, they couldn’t do enough for us to make our stay enjoyable, our room got cleaned everyday with clean bedding and towels We stayed in the hotel a few nights and had some lovely evening meals in the hotel restaurant. We enjoyed it that much we have already rebooked for march 2024.

Bathroom's are too small, Brk fast is not proper, Service Issue, Waste of Money... Staff is non-cooperating, Management is Poor, In Suit Room Leaving room haven't AC, Leaving Room is too big and Bed Room and Bath Rooms are To Small, In Suit Room not King Size Bed ? Why ?

Just had 7wks at the hotel after 3 years away due to covid and visa's issues check in went smooth in our room within 10mins went to breakfast all the new plus old staff came over to say hello and you could see the old staff were really pleased we came back. The hotel staff and the food some of the best in goa.through hard times Umesh the Manager has done a great job keeping the hotel going and looking after his staff looking forward to going back next year.Barry/Michele

We had a thoroughly enjoyable 4 week stay, hence the 5 stars. It's actually a 3 star hotel which is in need of a bit of TLC in many places but I was told plans are afoot to renovate some of the rooms this summer and the one already completed is definitely 4* quality. Rooms were well serviced and as others have commented, clean towels and bedding were readily available every day, floors swept clean etc. Some areas like tile grouting and light switches could do with a deep clean now and again but I can overlook those issues without too much fuss. What made it so enjoyable...people! Fellow guests were all very friendly. There is a percentage of long stay guests who own their own apartment but they are very welcoming even if they do appear in the same sunbed group day in day out! The hotel is in a quiet spot which is usually very peaceful and only occasionally interrupted by the odd exuberance by fellow guests but it didn't detract too much as it was usually only brief!
