We stayed on this farm because it was on the Wellington Wine Walk. This is really a place full of Afrikaans history. Every proud Afrikaans person in SA should visit it. Here is where the first Afrikaans was documented. The accomodation is in the original school. The meal we enjoyed was a very traditional Afrikaans one and if possible request...

We stayed in the old school house. The food was lovely and the area is truly beautiful, but the best part was the staff. Amazing people... We loved it and we are in the hospitality business. We ate at the restaurant and enjoyed the fire and wine. We also had a lovely breakfast. A beautiful old farm in a beautiful...

Very nice stay at Augusta Kleinbosch Guest Farm. The rooms are exceptionally nice, spacious and with a fireplace. Breakfast was great and the area is spectacularly beautiful. Paarl is very nice, good restaurants. Wine tasting nearby which is a very inexpensive entertainment. Excellent hiking in the area.

Beautiful bedrooms. Full of fascinating history. A walk away from Druk my Niet wine tasting. Nestled at the bottom of towering cape mountains. Such a pleasant surprise. We stopped over on the Wellington Wine Walk. A 5* hiking adventure. Xx

Beautiful place for a very relaxing stay. Perfect maintained buildings, with lots of nice details, in wonderful surroundings. The people there are even better. Staying there is such an extraordinary experience you would like to take home and ofcourse we did in our memory. The restaurant serves good food, keep in mind that it is small so don't expect a...

The most amazingly tastefully restored 17th century buildings. Fabulous spacious rooms. The staff are a delight and the food was consistently brilliant. We will definitely return....A big thank you for our stay. The only criticism is that it is not easy to find but when you do, it is well worth it.

While the hotel is beautiful and the staff are very friendly and welcoming, there were a few small issues on our stay which we think that for the price should be improved. During our stay we had dinner at the restaurant which was very good although the service was slow. The breakfast was, however, not good. A hot breakfast could...

Thank you for taking the time to review us. That is exactly why we need TripAdvisor!!! You are correct about the breakfast. As I explained to a previous guest…our main chef resigned in the beginning of November last year. We employed a new Chef, whom at that stage we thought was capable. Unfortunately it was not the case. It is...

A wonderful place to pass time but unfortunately during our stay the normal chef was off duty. The food therefore was bland, service slow and the room extremely hot with very noisy fan and lots of mosquitos

Dear Guest Thank you for taking the time to write a response. At the moment we are searching for a new Chef, since our Head Chef resigned on the 1st of November 2015. We replaced her with a new Chef, who was not able to cope during our busy Season. We prefer to look for the right person, instead of...

Room in the old school was great! The view over the wine yards even better! A good swimming pool and garden, sweet dogs and perfect food in the restaurant. Quality of the platter was poor (the night the restaurant was closed).
