My husband, brother in law and his brother stayed at this awful establishment for 2 nights for the Argus Cycle Race weekend. Besides the fact that the place is filthy, your belongings go missing when you are out! My husband left his wedding ring and limited addition Kershaw pocket knife (which was of irreplaceable sentimental value) on his bedside table...

A house that has been converted into a B&B – with the main room being used by the owner. A shared bathroom unless you book the deluxe rooms which I did. Pro’s – very little except you get you own bathroom which was so small – width the size of the shower and no privacy for the toilet Cons: Old...

We booked a week in this place unfortunately. On arrival, we were told WE made a mistake with the booking and booked for one person, not two. Then, oddly, we were shown 'the best room in the property' for double the price. The whole place gave me a horrible feeling and I didn't feel comfortable with staying, but we were...

This establishment should not only be stripped of any association with Tourism Grading SA but should be inspected by health officials. Arrived for a three night stay in December (25th – 28th), booked 2 rooms including the “honeymoon suite” here is a list of issues: Advertised as bed and breakfast (breakfast advertised as additional cost) - told by owner that...

Bathroom old, shabby and not clean, breakfast kitchen area was greasy and had a bad smell, we did not touch anything. At least the bedlinen and towels where clean. Pool area is dirty and there are two dogs, we had the feeling, they do not have a good home.

On arrival we were greeted by a dirty smelly rug with leaves blown on the doorway. We were then made to pay before we could see the rooms and we were met with the reason why. The rooms were filthy, had an odour that I cannot describe. There was dust everywhere, no sign of cleaning in the past week or...

We were forced to use Cape Town Palms in Milnerton because there is a huge conference in Cape Town at present and the city and surrounds is FULLY booked out. When I called Brian yesterday, he had accommodation available. The only guest house in Milnerton who had accommodation available as the others were also booked out. As were extremely desperate...

Booked in after looking at pics on the Web, the pics don't look half bad. However, I have never in my stayed in such a dory place. I don't have the patience to retype what everyone here has commented, but I will say that as of the end of June, nothing has changed. Shocking would sum it up well.

3 star is definitely an exaggeration for this place, it is more relevant to rate it below a 1 star! The house was extremely filthy, kitchens cupboard doors falling off its hinges, the beds grimey, the carpets piled on with dirt and dust - it seems that the house is possibly only cleaned once a month. The room we stayed...

Before I start, I have worked in hotel management for many years, and I am quite aware of the grading standards for various establishments, – so upon writing this review, I am in full knowledge of what is expected of a 3 star graded establishment. BOOKING I booked my accommodation via bookings.com as I always do... but bookings.com as well...
