Had a lovely stay at the Fisherhaven Travellers Lodge. Friendliest couple, hosts go out of their way to make the stay comfortable. They are very helpful. Beautiful setting and stunning garden. The bathrooms are a bit small, but overall very comfortable. Would definitely go back there!

Need a car to watch all the marvelous things in neighborhood and to reach hotel. But when you are there there are a lot of opportunities with a good pair of Sandals or walking boots. Germany's is quite near and a visit worth.

Beautiful, clean, excellent hosts, but the photos are a little misleading as we were under the impression it is close to the beach which it was not. It was about 5 km away and we thought that the wild horses were on the beach itself

Great place to stay, very clean. Vanessa and Dereck are probably the most welcoming hosts we've met. They are so helpful and make you feel like you're home. My husband and myself stayed 2 nights, we highly recommend it if you need a relaxing stay.

We totally agree with your experience of Hermanus and surrounds. There is so much to see and do. One simply has to position yourself, stop, watch and listen. The owners are fabulous! They are very friendly. The room is at the top of a very steep outside staircase so I wouldn't recommend it to someone afraid of heights. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. We enjoyed our stay as it was very peaceful and quiet.
