We stayed at Cactus House for 10 nights and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. We had a great room with a terrace facing Table Mountain, ideal for an early evening glass of wine (or two). Julian and his team were incredibly helpful and I particularly enjoyed the opportunity to talk to the other guests/friends around the breakfast table.

I stayed for a longer period of time and enjoyed the very spacious room and comfortable bed. My room had direct access to the pool which was great for the late night swims. Julian and team made me feel right at home and treated us to a lovely breakfast in the morning. Centrally located and within walking distance of Kloof...

I stayed 6 nights at Cactus House - a beautiful property, well appointed, with interesting artefacts and art enhancing the surroundings. From the moment I arrived, Julian made me feel very welcome, and throughout the stay he was the perfect host, putting himself out to make sure the stay was great, getting up early to make us a filling breakfast....

An amazing house in a great location with a brilliant family atmosphere at the breakfast table. Honesty bar is a great bonus and sitting with a glass of wine chatting to other guests is a lovely way to start each evening. Jules is a gracious host who helped plan our time in Cape Town with abundant local expertise.
