The Guesthouse is designed with very much beautiful details. Every room is indivual and in nice african styles, even if the apartments are very big. Unfortunately the guesthouse is a little bit poorly soundproofed so that we needed earplugs while sleeping in the morning. Breakfast is very good and healthy with different fresh bread, fruits and cereals. It is perfect...

Recently returned from Cape Town and wish we could have stayed longer. Chief among the reasons why our holiday was so pleasant was because of Jardin d'Ebene and Roland's staff (Noah and Chris). Our flight was delayed 5 hours from Amsterdam and we arrived in Cape Town at 3:30AM yet Roland was still there to greet us on arrival. The...

A well located and tastefully restored property with friendly staff and a knowledgable host. Breakfast was a highlight and typically incorporated helpful and insightful tips from the owner. Parking is on street but safe.

We are family of 5 Just returned from CapeTown . Jardin d'Ebene locaion is great, walking distance from several good restaurants. Rooms are very clean, each one with it's own special touch. Breakfast is good and diverse, with lots of fresh fruits. Last words for Roland who is extremley helpful. An attempt to break to our car ended with a...

We stayed for four nights as part of our South Africa trip. Delicious breakfast, friendly staff. The host would give great advice and tips each day to make the most out of our stay in this beautiful city. Great location in a quiet but relatively central part of town.

Adorable place! Had stayed in Sea Point for a few days, and wanted to check out a different neighborhood. This guesthouse was on a quiet street, but close enough to Kloof Street to make walking around fairly easy. It was a lovely place for a couples' getaway--there was a fireplace (and one of the staff was very helpful when we...

Our host Roland was really friendly and helpful. When we first arrived, Roland sat down with us to familiarise us with the surroundings. We also received recommendations on various restaurants and sight seeing places. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay as the neighbourhood was safe and easy to get to various parts of Cape Town.

Stayed here for a few nights in August. We were in the Elephant room. Will definitely recommend this room as its huge with a nice fireplace that we made use of every night. Service was top notch, from the time that you arrived. There is a comfortable lounge you can read in with a good selection of books and DVD's...

The location of Jardin d'Ebène is perfect: it's close to many nice restaurants and it's very easy to get to the major attractions of Cape Town. The advice of our host were very valuable to make the most of our stay in the city and its surroundings. The hotel is charming.
