Fantastic stay and a lovely warm welcome from all the staff. Great Boutique hotel! Really nice lounge area and beautiful grounds with a pool. Very helpful staff who can help you organise tours & excursions.

Two nights of Bliss! Arriving at Four Rosmead is more akin to arriving home than at a boutique hotel. This little gem is situated in an upmarket suburb on the slopes of Table Mountain. We stayed in the stylish Montrose deluxe suite which has a slightly nautical theme and a private courtyard. Some rooms have balconies with view's over the... More

Four Rosmead is everything you would hope for in a 'boutique hotel'. It is perfectly situated for access to all Cape Town has to offer. We had one of the 'garden rooms' which was beautifully furnished, quiet and comfortable. But, what sets this hotel apart from so many others is the staff. Sonia and Jade, who we dealt with most,... The Four Rosmead is a nice old boutique hotel in the Gardens area of Cape Town. The room we had was at the front of the hotel on 1st floor and had 2 balconies. The room was excellent, however, air conditioning units for other rooms attached to the exterior of our bathroom wall, were very noisy making sleep a problem... More

This was our first port of call on arrival from England. Immediately on arrival Nadine was quietly insistent that we should immediately get off to Table Mountain, whereupon she booked us tickets and organised a taxi. At first we were a little nonplussed but we came to realise just what good advice it was. The weather was great and the... More

This place is just great. It's at the foot of Table Mountain and within easy reach of lots of great places to eat. We stayed for five nights in late October, with friends, in adjoining rooms. The place is just beautiful and calm and welcoming. The views over Cape Town are terrific The staff are brilliant, nothing is too much... More

Four Rosemead was one of the best places we've ever stayed. It is a lovely bed and breakfast within walking distance to so much of CapeTown. The staff could not have been more helpful and attentive and our room had spectacular views of the city and mountains. The food was terrific and plentiful and the public spaces so comfortable and... We had a few days at Four Rosmead after our flight from the UK. As our first place to stay in South Africa, we were overwhelmed with the tranquility of the surroundings (it's small, but beautifully formed) and the hospitality of all the staff. Everyone went out of their way to help us and we got fantastic support from Sonia,... More

The term boutique has, in my opinion become overused. In the UK, many guest houses or B&B's think that if they put white sheets on the bed and paint the walls in a neutral coloured they become a boutique hotel and can increase their prices. Four Rosemead is however truly a boutique hotel. If you had a hotel you would... More

Good and safe location just outside the city but close enough to walk into, extremely modern and stylish hotel and rooms to match. We appreciated the staff so much, every breakfast they would come around to everyone and ask how the previous day went and what your plans were for the coming day and evening, offering advise on how to...
