Our group spent 4 days over the C T Cycle Tour period and had a good stay with no problems. Very conveniently situated especially for cyclists. But of course Sea Point is a very busy and noisy area. We will stay there again.

Rude obnoxious manager. Dirty sheets. Uneasy due to manager barging into our rooms without knocking. Smell of cigarettes pervades the air. Friends and family of the management sleep on the floor in the communal lounge. Squatter camps are more welcoming.

Smoke smelling entrance. Staff sleep on a mattress behind the bar. No breakfasts. Noisy patrons. Keep your valuables with you at all times. Hotel backs up against a noisy petrol station. Find an alternative.
