This hotel is priced near the top end of it's range, but offers good value for money. Especially for servicelevels and friendliness it stood out. Drop your questions and requests at the frontdesk and they will be attended to with great enthusiasm, at least to my experience. I was also asked several times if all was fine. Next door is...

Always lovely staying at the Parliament Hotel! Antonio and his team are always a pleasure to see at the end of the day, and go out of their way to make my stay as comfortable as possible. It truly is a home away from home. Thank you!

Excellent price-quality ratio. Great rooms, services and breakfast. One of the owner is Italian and he can help you giving some advices for the stay in Cape Town. The hotel is very close to the parliament and it is located in the heart of Cape Town.

Nothing important to complain about this hotel. Breakfast delicious and you can even order food like omelette, bacon, sausages. Variety of bread could be more because you only get toast. Service is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are mid size and clean but a fridge would be nice. Central location, you can also walk to waterfront in approximately 20 mins....

I was rescued from a desperate situation and the facility was excellent, more so the staff both at front desk and dinning room. Most of all, your trainees were excellent, very welcoming and resourceful in terms of information.

Very impressive room (for 3star) due to recent room refurbishments (judging by other photos). Great value for money, we would gladly stay here again. Elevators are old and rickety. Parking system is inconvenient. Breakfast is average 3star fare.

Nice room, nice price, nice staff, nice location, nice stay. All in all I can't really complain, except I am a smoker and there isn't any smoking rooms available or places to smoke except outside, but since it was only for a night, I really wasn't troubled.

I stayed for more than 2 weeks and woke op most nights because of very high noise from people in street. Staff was very friendly. Nice breakfast. The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. Will most probably choose a different hotel next time.
