nothing was too much trouble for the front desk. Helped with luggage ,calling taxis and information about the area.we left early in the morning before the official start of breakfast at 7am, but it was possible to go in the dining room and help ourselves beforehand.

Lovely little hotel within walking distance of shops and couple of great restaurants (and the incredible Truth coffee!) Perfectly located for a 2 night work stay - would happily return with friends for a short break, or stay again when on business

Hotel a bit dated. AC just next to the bed which is a minus. Friendly personnel and very helpful. Not too far from shops and restaurants. A taxi to the Waterfront about R 100,00. Great breakfast included in the price, absolutely a big plus.

We have stayed for 2nd time, Feb 2017, in this Hotel . We quote this hotel as one of the most valuable hotels we have stayed. This time 2 mid aged couples were with me and they are really very well satisfied with hotel service, front desk staff and the hotel location, in center of Cape Town, very near from...

I felt very well cared for, very helpful staff, good advice for transportion, super location right in down-town Capetown - so no need for taxis, fine breakfast with a good selection, two blocks from train station

Staff extremely professional and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was excellent. Our only dissapointment was that the air-con was ineffective and believe is in need of a service hence the average rating for the room.

Good location, friendly and helpful staff, clean and excellent breakfast cooked to order. Deluxe room had duvets, standard room had blankets. Only problem was that the windows didn't have screens so closing them and using the a/c was essential if one wanted to avoid the mosquitos (hard to fathom with all that wind but they were there!)

Whilst clean the bedding is dated, and not how you would expect. Accessibility for you vehicle is a pain. Very noisy as it's next door to student accommodation. They made a huge racket the entire night

Location was perfect for walking to many attractions (markets, museums). The room was large and although not lavish was very clean. Front desk staff very helpful and accommodating. Great breakfast too!
