The Parliament is right downtown. Quite convenient. Everything was in order. Clean, spacious rooms and good service. Good wifi and a good breakfast. And, the price was affordable. By the way, the restaurant next door, The Cousins, serves delicious food

For the money I thought this was an excellent hotel. It's in a fairly safe and interesting part of town and the Italian restaurant was very good. The breakfast is included and was good. They'll do omelettes, etc for you and have juice, cheese, toast, etc. Service was fantastic at the hotel and restaurant. PRO TIP: take an uber everywhere....

We would definitely stay at the parliament again! Every staff member at reception was exceptionally helpful and kind! There was wifi in the rooms, it is close to hop on hop off bus stop, a transfer to the airport (the driver was so great) and the included breakfast was absolutely amazing.

Staff very kind and helpful. Appropriate location for business and tourism. Cheap compared to the hotels in the same area. Wifi works as expected. some good restaurants nearby. The rooms, even if just a little old furnished, are big and comfortable.

Friendly and polite staff, they made me feel welcome and almost like it would have been a luxury hotel. Good breakfast, clean room. The view from the window was nothing to see though. Good location if you want to be close to city centre.
