Cape Town's Parliament Hotel Summary: Very basic accommodations with a great staff. The rooms are spare and the hallway noise is noticeable. In Depth: Arriving after dark down a darkened and shuttered city street the only window lit showing a single desk clerk standing behind the counter, I felt like I had fallen into Edward Hopper's painting “Nighthawks”, sometimes thought... A price worthy hotel with a good location. The room was clean but very oldfashion however it was ok for a few nights. The breakfast was good and the staff were both friendly and helpful. To summon the experience I would really recommend this hotel to anyone who's looking for a cheap hotel with a good location and doesn't care... More

The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. Looks like a newly renovated building. Water is clean and safe to drink. Three star but better than some 5 star hotels ive been to. In the middle of town but quiet. The staff are kind and helpful.

Handy location, friendly staff, rooms are large and clean. Breakfast provided includes nice choices along with cooked option. Street noise could be loud at times (Level1 room). Be sure to check out the cosy Italian restaurant next door for a great pasta dinner.

Ideal hotel for a short stay in a convenient location, just around the hustle bustle of capetown Friendly staff and courteous employees were generous to allow me a early check in If you are a smoker then there is no smoking room to keep in mind, but for me it came to my advantage as my number of sticks reduced... We stayed here as couple for two nights in October and couldn't have asked for more for the price we paid. A very comfortable and spacious room with nice comfy bed, fridge and all amenities. Breakfast was great and included a cooked breakfast along with selection of cereals, fruit, muffins etc.. Great value and really nice staff.

This is a hotel located in the downtown of the city. Breakfest os very simple and does not have many choices, just the usual things ( bread, juice, fruits). Wifi is not so good and during our stay it simply did not worked for 2 days. Shower did not had glass on our room so the water invaded the restroom... More
