Good hotel in the heart of the city, very next to the Convention Centre. Rooms are good enough, with a small balcony, has all the basic features. The breakfast is OK, What stands out for this hotel is that it is next to the Convention Centre, not too far from other important points. They offer a complementary ride to the...

This is a fantastic hotel opposite the Cape Town Convention Centre and a short 1km walk to the V & A Waterfront. The foreshore is an ideal location. We hired two rooms, a family suite and a suite from the 19th to the 23th December 2015. Pros: Breakfast buffet Large rooms unlike many modern hotels Halaal catering Very efficient and...

The location is a definite point for this hotel....directly opposite from the Cape Town International Convention Centre and within the hub of the city transport system. Very easy access to major national roads N1 and N2 from this hotel. The reception is probably the one place that lays out what to expect during your stay. My arrival was swift from...

Had visited this hotel for 3N n 4Days, The first impression you get is wow!!! My partner and I went to have dinner at the Capetonian Hotel a while back. On arrival we were greeted by friendly staff and asked whether we need a table for 2. On our way to be seated, I could not help but notice the soft soothing music playing in the background. We were informed that that we could help...

In a good part of town (important in this city) and within walking distance of almost any and all things you can explore by foot either for business or pleasure. Breakfast good quality, rooms clean (not very large but quite nice).

On arriving at the hotel at 16H00, the rooms where people check out at 11am were not ready. We waited for 20 minutes without even been offered a drink or seating. To put the cherry on, once we received our room keys, the lifts stopped working and we are on the 11th floor. There is a fowl smell when entering...

If you are pursuing a business deal in Capetown, location wise Capetonian Hotel is an excellent choice for accommodation as International Convention Center, major banks and office towers are all around. Access to outbound expressways such as Nelson Mandela Boulevard or F W de Klerk Boulevard are just around the corner. However the hotel itself is of old style both...

I'm delayed in writing this review, as I actually visited in October of 2014, but I did not find the experience particularly good or bad. I was in Cape Town, South Africa for an international conference for work for one week. Because work was footing the bill, I tried to be reasonable in the cost of the accommodations. I also...

This is an old and charming hotel. Excellent staff and good rooms. Views not the best but the restaurant is excellent and has a diverse asian menu. The V&A Waterfront is a short stroll away, but the hotel offers an hourly shuttle service (free for guests) if you prefer to be driven. The ICC is five minutes walk. Overall, a...
