Loved the Peninsular so much last year that we decided to spent two weeks there again this year. This time our room was on the 7th floor which afforded an even better view of the ocean, Bay, Robben Island and the ships anchored off shore waiting to go into Cape Town Harbour. Never tired of sitting on the small side...

Dear Angela, Thank you for taking the time to write a review on our Hotel ... it is appreciated. We are in the process of looking at replacing all the spa baths in the suites due to hygienic purposes and also the jets are discoloured due to the age of the baths. Our shower heads are water saving heads and...

All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Standard of the rooms vary wildly. The first room ad seen much better days but we were moved to lovely 2 bedroom suite. Good location in Seapoint. Good food in the restaurant.good breakfast buffet.

It is a good investment for the family. It is modern and cater for the whole family. With the two TV's you have more options keeping you busy. This hotel is fast coming upon a revamp and is showing its age in places - the lifts for example, are pretty rough. However, that's the worst of it. The staff are unfailingly courteous and friendly and room requests are dealt with promptly. It's nice having a suite that you can spread out over. The food and drink if your...

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite in December. As the suite is long, the lounge overlooks the sea, but the main bedroom has a window onto the outer passage of the hotel so unless the blinds are closed, people walking past could see in. Also the second bedroom is sandwiched between the kitchen and bathroom, It is very dark...

Thank you for taking the time to write a review on our hotel... It is appreciated. We would like to apologise that you were not completely satisfied with your suite - you were allocated a 2 bedroom luxury suite and I would suggest that in future rather request a 2 bedroom super luxury suite as the layout is quite different....

The Peninsula is a very good apartment hotel along the beach Road in SeaPoint. It is basically at the end of Main road intersecting with Beach Road. It has a wonderful sea view and the rooms are really great and a lot of them have a private jacuzzi. There is a pool downstairs with the obligatory mini gym. The beach...

Spent the last night of our holiday in South Africa here and really enjoyed it. The reception staff were very helpful and welcoming and first impressions were excellent. We had an open plan one bedroom flat with a small balcony and found it very comfortable. A bit rough round the edges especially in the bathroom but nothing too bad. There...

The Internet WiFi in our unit was dreadful - and a limit of 200MB per day is miserly. In the modern age, many of us run businesses that are Internet-dependent, so poor WiFi and ridiculously small caps are a deal-breaker. I also felt the resort is looking tired - corridor carpeting, paint, etc. And two great big rusty air conditioner...
