Another faultless stay in this lovely hotel. Must be 6 times we've stayed here now and each time we can't wait to go back. Every year seems to be more expensive than the last but in the end it's worth it. We felt totally cosseted throughout. Pleased to report that the renovations to the "Pool end" have made very little... More

We spent three nights at the Cape Grace Hotel as part of a two week trip to South Africa. On our last visit we stayed at the One and Only, but we much preferred Cape Grace. It has a lovely atmosphere and feels quite intimate for a fairly large concern. We had a luxury mountain room with a beautiful view... More

I travel. All over. So while the accommodations are no doubt of a high standard (I have experienced their suites in the past), as an ordinary road user of Cape Town I was appalled at the drivers of both of their luxury sedans on Valentine's Day. Having cut from lane to lane, one of their drivers headed to the hotel... More

We stayed 4 nights here in huge room with balcony and views of the marina and table mountain. The staff were very helpful throughout. We used the courtesy limo service where we could, and it was excellent. The concierge arranged restaurants for us, but I have to say the best food we had was in the Signal restaurant in the... More

We spent 4 nights at Cape Grace after an African hunting trip. It was just the luxury we needed after 5 days in the bush. The property is beautiful. Very nicely appointed, amazing furniture and décor. The restaurants were wonderful, brunch each morning at Signal had endless options. We even had a Whiskey tasting at Bascule. I think I learned... We stayed in this wonderful hotel for three nights, it is quite simply exceptional. The staff are unfailingly polite, and calling guests by name is well crafted. The food in Signal is of a very high standard, as is the quality of tapas in the Bascule bar. The breakfast buffet was first rate, despite the hotel being exceptionally busy due... More

The hotel staff and the amenities are always excellent. Its' position, at the V&A Waterfront is just right. There is a choice of Waterfront view or Table Mountain View. The food is excellent and, if anything, has improved from last year. I very much hope to return.

Excellent hotel in all respects, most of all because of the absolutely fantastic staff who can't do enough to help-both friendly and really professional. Both of the drivers of their courtesy shuttle service have been with Cape Grace over 10 years and spoke of what a great company it was to work for and how well they treat the staff-it... More

this trip was one to remember, the name says it all....Grace. its splendour is desirable as it offers style class and comfort. it has a very colonial feel to it as well. If and when i go back i would stay here again without a doubt.

We recently spent four nights at the Cape Grace. The location is perfect for exploring the waterfront area. The staff however is what makes this hotel special: Courteous, professional, attentive. They were there to meet whatever needs we had. The bar is a wonderful place to meet friends for a drink and one must try their springbok: not "gamey" in... More
